“Food is Fuel!”

“I’m not sure about you, but for me and my household, breakfast is essential—it’s part of our daily routine and something I don’t skip. It gives me the energy and fuel I need. I’m not into protein bars, smoothies, or shakes; they just don’t hit the spot for me. But a good, hearty breakfast keeps me from snacking all day—usually not until dinner time.

I mention all this to say that food sustains our bodies just as time with the Lord sustains our spirit. In the mornings, I always need to have a quiet moment with my Father—my little talk and prayer time. If I don’t make that time, I get a bit antsy and cranky (not fun!).

But when I sit with Him, He fills me up and sustains me for the day ahead. He gives me what I need. Just as Jesus said, He is the Bread of Life—those who come to Him shall never hunger, and those who believe shall never thirst (John 6:35) Amen!

So if you make time for breakfast every day, make sure you also make time for the Lord. What He gives is like nothing else on this earth—His power is amazing, His strength everlasting. We serve a great God, and He is available to us every day. All we need to do is call on Him, and He promises to answer us and show us great and mighty things!

If you’re running low, go feast at the Father’s table. Sit in His presence—even for but a moment—and everything changes. In His presence, every day becomes better. Amen!”

“For it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤️
