“I’ve been studying and reflecting on the table that God prepares for us, and it’s truly profound when you dive and reflect on every word of (Psalm 23:5)..‘The Lord prepares a table before me in the presence of my enemies; He anoints my head with oil; my cup overflows.’ It’s amazing in and of itself that our Heavenly Father lovingly sets a table for us—day after day—just as we would prepare a meal for our own family. Imagine the time, energy, and anticipation poured into preparing a dinner, and then imagine the hurt if your loved ones never arrived to share it. I believe it must grieve God’s heart if we neglect the table He has laid for us. Amen!”

“Just as we recognize our physical need for nourishment, God knows how vital it is for us to feast upon Him and His Word at the table He’s prepared. He knows we need daily filling, refreshing, and the heavenly anointing that comes from Him so that our cups might overflow. We cannot pour into others when our vessels are empty. Amen.”

That is where your day truly begins well—where you discover all you need. Carve out space amid the busyness of life to be with our Father, for we need Him more than anything else.
