“I heard this paster say this..anytime your flesh is acting up then you are hungry..Amen..and is this not the truth all the way around..for when we are hungry we are not ourselves..we get a little impatient..at times a little angry if we don’t get us some food and get it fast..Amen..think about our babies when they were little..they would not stop crying until they got their milk..and they were satisfied..Amen..and after words they would calm right down..and most of the time take a nap for a minute..Amen..but we as adults are the same way..we like to eat when we wanna eat..and this of course is speaking naturally..and women just express themselves more faster than a man does..but I’m sure we all are this way when it comes to being hungry and ready to eat..Amen..for I would be with Erik in the truck years ago..and he would be looking for a place to stop so we all could grab a bite to eat..and sometimes there wasn’t anything quick for convience so we drove a while to get to a place..and I would get so antzy about it..lol..and Erik would just laugh about it which in turn would get me angry about it..and he would tell me honey you look like your about to scratch my dash apart over there..and of course we would laugh..Amen!”

“But my point is when were hungry spiritually our flesh begins acting up as well..if we are not feasting on the Lord other than some quick devotion..or a simple reading of something..then we can and will get spiriutally hungry..and what happens well our flesh goes in ways it’s really not supposed to be going..because here’s the thing..we will always go back to what we ate on before..and I don’t how we forget who we was while in the old way or the old man of life..all the mess and struggle that was there..but we do in a moment forget..and in doing so..we eat on whatever is there before us and available..and pretty much we get no satisfaction or contentment whatsoever..Amen..so here’s the thing we gotta stay close to Jesus in our journey with Him..stay about His business and His table of life..Amen..for the Lord says..I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world..(John 6:51)..and as well He tells us..he that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him..(John 6:56)..Praise the Lord!”

“Because if we don’t help ourselves by helping ourselves..then we will begin eating on whatever comes our way in life..Amen..and we don’t wanna do that..we wanna live our lives feasting on the good things of life..the things that truly bring us life..not death..Praise the Lord..not the things that take away from us in our lives..those things that come to only kill, steal and to destroy us and our lives..(John 10:10)..those things that are like that ole nice candy bar above and we eat one fine..but if we eat them continually..Amen..then it is gonna start causing us some health issues and problems..Amen..so be mindful on your eating habits..and be honest with them..Amen..and think about what part of you are you feeding more..the spirit or the flesh?..Amen..because true living comes when we are truly serving God..not half way..not part way..but we are desiring Him for our lives in all apects of it..we want Him more so than anything else in our lives..we want His table that He alone has prepared for us to sit at..(Psalms 23:5)..Amen..we want His good and wholesome food to eat upon..and we want His body and His blood to feast upon and to be apart of who we are in our every day lives and living..Praise the Lord..because God is life..(John 14:6)..and in Him is everything we need in our lives..for He alone is the giver of life..(Psalms 36:9/John 1:4)..Praise the Lord..so let us live in our spiritual bodies with the Lord..let us stay close to Him and walk with Him..and talk with Him..and ask of Him..let us just be about Him..nothing more and nothing less..and then we all can live those beautiful filled lives that Christ Jesus died that we all could and once again should be living..Amen..so let us stay full on the good things of life..for once again we are not the same person when we are hungry..so let us not get hungry for anything other than the Lord..Amen!”
