“So yesterday morning I was finishing up the front yard..and I had maybe 2 minutes worth of grass left to cut and wouldn’t you know it the rider ran right out of gas..lol..and so I am a get it done type of person..Amen..and so I am like Oh my goodness I cannot believe I just ran out of grass with only that tiny little bit left to go..Amen..so I call Erik up and I say honey I just ran out of gas..lol..and he says well baby put more gas in it..Amen..lol..and of course I say well I would but I don’t have any more in the garage..Amen..and he is taking his time telling me what to do..and I am like honey come on already how do I move this rider from the front yard..I gotta get it back around back..and he is just smiling at me and I am getting a little angry..lol..well not really just agatiated..so he finally says well on the back of the rider there is the lever pull it out and release the brake and you can push it to the back..so I say okay..lol..thank you..and off the phone I went rushing to get this thing pushed to the back..I had things to do..I was on a schedule..Amen!”

“So I do just that pull the lever and I checked and I suppose that the brake was released and I am trying my best to push this thing..but it was not budging..not one ounce..lol..and so I keep on trying but my attempt fell short..so I am like oh well Mandi go get the gas..lol..Amen..and so I came in the house grabbed my purse..grabbed the keys and off I went to the gas station to get the gas..and back home..gas in the mower..and I finished it all up maybe took me about 15 minutes to do it all..because the gas station is just right down the street from our home..Amen..so as I am getting the gas can out of the garage..the Lord just keeps saying to me..just do it..Amen..and I say yes Lord..just do it..and I think well why not just do it?..Amen..so much easier then getting yourself all worked up and out of place over just something as simple as gas..Amen!”

“For we will get so tore up in the moment of anything happening..the tiniest thing happening..that we just tear ourselves up over it..anything that disrupts us and our plans..Amen..but the slogan that Nike made Just Do It..has truly been an icon for us as of now that slogan and catch phrase has been around for 37 years..imagine that..Amen..but I just came this morning to say to us all to stay at peace in our lives to the best of our ability..(Romans 12:18)..Amen..I pray we all do better by not getting so antsy and upset over the silliest of things that happen..such as clothes on the bathroom floor..trash not being taken out..dirty dishes in the sink..bed not made..finger prints on the car windows..spills on the newly cleaned mopped up kitchen floor..Amen..over the dog and cat hairs that just seem to cling to everything that it touches..Amen..over what were eating for supper..Amen..to what were going to watch on tv..Amen..I can go on and on here..but you all get my drift..so the bible says that he that is slow to anger or wrath is as well a man of great understanding..but he that is hasty of spirit exalts folly..and folly means to have a foolish act of practice that you perform without rehearseal..in other words you have done it and acted this way so much that it is just a part of you..and that is how you respond..(Proverbs 14:29)..Amen!”

“But I do pray we all catch ourselves in the way we are acting out..and responding to life and situations and that we help ourselves to change that aspect of who we are..to be better than what we’ve been..Amen..we have been this way or acted this way as we were younger..or even for most taught to be this way..but it is not good or healthy for any of us to act out in such distraught over this types of issues that may occur to us in our lives..because things happen daily..and if we repsond in this way..then we will remain this way..and that is not good for you or for anyone else that is involed in all of your raging over a bunch of complete nonsense..and as well it is not a good representation of Christ our Lord as we act out in ways that is just not godly or good..again not for us and not for the ones that are around us..because what we do effects others not just ourselves..Amen..so let us be better..and let us choose to be better..by just doing it..whatever the it may be..that we don’t murmur or complain..we just get up and we just do it..Amen!”
