“Are you connected?”

“So a few weeks back when I was cutting the front yard I always place my cell phone in the side compartment on the rider..so anyways that afternoon I had finished up and went over to visit my in-laws..and I had stuck my phone in my back pocket and I had went to grab it out and cut the tip of my finger..so needless to say all of the bouncing from the rider broke one of my cameras on the phone..so I had to get an upgrade..but I am saying all of that to say this..that this morning I had my phone plugged in and waiting on it to charge up and so I pick it up to message Erik back..and as I do it was still not charged up any..and so I am like oh my gosh this cannot be happening..this is a new phone..Amen..so anyways I stand there taking the cord back and forth and trying to plug it in the other way and still no power whatsover..so I get a little antsy and I’m about ready to call Erik up and let him know all about it..lol..but as I do and begin to walk away and well the cord came right along with me..lol..because it had disconnected from the outlet..from the square box that the end plugs into..and so I reach down and reconnect it..and let me say I was ever so happy about that..the phone was working and the phone was getting charged all up..Amen!”

“But I thought about us as well..and at how we start out great with the Lord..and we know were saved and that if we were to die that we would go to heaven..Amen..because that is signed, sealed and one day we will be delivered to our Father in heaven..Amen..but I am speaking of here this side of heaven..Amen..are we connected to our Father?..are we living for Him daily?..are we full of the joy and happiness that He alone promises us?..Amen..because if were not connected then we live and will live miseable lives..because why?..because if were not connected to Jesus the true source of life then we begin doing our own thing in life..we begin looking and searching to the best of our ability for happiness..and joy..and peace..and all of the things..Amen..but usually its just the same ole things that this world has to offer which isn’t much to say the least..usually what it has to offer us as far as those things..leave us high and dry..leaves us unsatisfied..and discounted in every single way..it is a form of life but truly isn’t..it is a deceiver of life..because the enemy always is trying to imitate our Father and what He alone King Jesus has to offer us..Praise the Lord..but I just came this morning to say make sure that you are hooked up to the true source of power..make sure that you are daily connected to the Lord and in His presence..Amen..not just thinking of Him..but truly thriving and living for Him..following Him..and loving Him..and more than anything being obedient to Him..Amen..for the bible says that Jesus is the true vine..and that we cannot bare fruit unless we abide in Him..for without Him we can do nothing..but if we abide in Him we can ask what we will and it shall be done to us..(John 15:1-8)..Praise the Lord..so again stay plugged into the real thing of life..teh true source of power in this life..Amen..for just know that the real thing and staying connected to our true source of power is always and will always be better than any fake or imitation thing that is only a knock off to what Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior has to offer and give..Amen!”

“For it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤️
