“So this morning as I sit here getting ready to write to each of you..I can’t help but just consider storms in life..and how quickly they come at times and usually unexpectedly they do come our way and each of our ways to stay the least..Amen..but as well I think of and consider the fact of this for each of us this morning this very day that if we don’t do what we know in our hearts we need to do while in the midst of storms or adversity then we fall down in despair and that as well can happen quickly..Amen..but what I know is this..that storms in life and troubles and heartaches and so much need..and so much things that have to be taken care of..that they as well are gonna happen and daily they happen..each of us have full plates in life..and regardless of any of it if we don’t take time to keep our eyes on Jesus..then we will be like Peter who did get up out from the boat and walk on the water to the Lord as long as his eyes were on Him but as soon as Peter took his eyes off from the Lord that is when Peter began to sink and yell out in much desperation to the Lord to save him..and of course we know the story and it says that immediately that Jesus stretched forth His hand and caught him..Amen..but He as well said O thou of little faith..wherefore didst thou doubt?..(Matthew 14:28-31)..Amen!”

“But this is what I know from that story..that Peter had to ask the Lord to bid him to come to him..and we as Gods children have already been bidden to come to the Lord..(Matthew 11:28-29/John 15:5)..for we have free access to the Lord..the veil has been torn..(Matthew 27:51)..we can go boldly the bible says to the throne room of God and let our request be made known unto Him..(Hebrews 4:16)..Amen..for you see in Gods presence there is fullness of joy..Amen..and at His right hand there are pleasures evermore..(Psalms 16:11)..Praise the Lord..for you see we all may be facing something or maybe many things in our lives..but our peace is not found in the absence of a storm..but its found in the presence of Jesus..Amen..and our faith has got to be anchored in the Lord..always keeping our eyes fixed on Him and who He is to us in our lives..regardless of any thing that we may be facing..Amen!”

“Because without the Lord we just like Peter will sink if we begin taking our eyes off from Him and doubting Him..because its amazing how we change in Gods presence..and how we enter into a heart of worship before Him and His majesty..Amen..because when we draw near to God the bible says He will draw near to us..(James 4:8)..and as we are there our hearts are opened..our minds are renewed..our vision becomes clearer than that before..and we receive what we need for this day that we’ve been given..we gain confidence..we gain strength..and we gain a positive outlook..as we are trusting the Lord for it all..calling those things that be not as though they were..(Romans 4:17)..all the while keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus..keeping our faces like a flint always before Him and all of who He is to us and our lives and our worlds in which we live..(Isaiah 50:7)..Amen..for without Him we can do nothing..for without Him we surely will fail..for without Him we would be hopeless..Amen..but with Jesus..thank God were saved..Hallelujah!”
