“Sometimes the hardest thing is being content when in tight places in life..when life feels as if your stuck and your trying to navigate through it all..when things aren’t moving at your pace in which you would like for them to be going..when you are still at that same ole job that you know isn’t for you but God hasn’t told you to move on just yet..when sickness as come and you are in the middle of waiting for the next doctors appointment..the next round of chemo..the next step in which you’ll have to take..Amen..but the bible tells us that Godliness with contentment is great gain..it says that we bought nothing into this world with us..and it is certain that we will carry nothing out..but having food and raiment which is our clothing..it tells us to let us be therewith content..(1 Timothy 6:6-8)..Amen!”

“Because when were not content in our lives..then we as well end up having much stress and lots of issues that begin to take place and happen in us and in our lives in which we live..because when were not happy or content then we as well put that over onto our families and our friends and our relationships in which were in..Amen..so as far as being a light..being a help..being a friend..any and every one of those things get thrown by the wayaside of our lives..but see wouldn’t it be wonderful if we all could honestly be content with having food and clothing?..that we all daily would not be stressing over things in this life that truly don’t matter?..Amen..and that we would and could be like Paul..as he says that in whatsoever state that I am in I have learned to be content..Amen..he says I know how to be abased and abound..he says I have learned to be full and to be hungry..I have learned how to abound and to suffer need..for he says I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me..(Philippians 4:12-13)..Praise the Lord!”

“For I can say to us all that whatever way we decide to go in our lives..as far as being content and not being content..we are gonna face the life and choosing of it..Amen..and I don’t know about you all but it’s a great thing to simply be content in all things..regardless of any of it..stuck in traffic..in a season of waiting..in a moment of lose and pain..that in any and every bit of it..that on the inside of us and who we are we are at peace..and we are content..that is a beautiful thing to say the least..because serving Christ is us looking upward into the heavens and knowing that this too shall pass..all of the stress..all of the worries..all of the fear the doubt..every ounce of it one day will pass away..and our job while here is to be a light to the world in which we are living..to shine as brightly as we can while here..doing the best we can with what we have..and knowing that God is with us through it all..Amen..so my friend sent me this saying this morning and it said this..’I am not afraid of storms for I am learning how to sail my ship!’..Hallelujah..so this day I pray for us all to be well and to be whole on the inside of who we are as a child of God..knowing whom it is that we belong to..and that we are content in and through it all..that we look up into the face of Jesus and get everything it is that we each need for this day of our lives..and that we choose to live in our moments that are right now before our eyes..and that we are thankful and choose to be thankful for it all..as each of us are truly learning every day how to sail our ships in the midst of all adversities and storms that this ole world and life may try to place and bring upon us..Amen!”
