“Yesterday I heard the greatest statement..because I think for the most part when you are going through a storm..or a trouble..or even a heartache..that this statement said it best..Amen..and that was this..Get out of your head and into your hands 🙌🏼!”..Amen..in other words we all know that where the mind goes the man follows..(1 Corinthians 2:14)..Praise the Lord..and our minds can take us to some crazy places indeed..I mean you think about it..everything we’ve ever gone through..or watched..or seem or even heard resides in our minds..Amen..and if we sit down with our minds and especially when we are facing something in our lives and as I say or going through something that is one place we don’t wanna go..because usually it’ll start out good maybe..but then it ends up being bad..Amen!”

“So the statement is this..get out of your head and into your hands..its saying to us too get up and get busy..Amen..doing something..could be going into your kitchen and cooking something..could be baking a nice cake..or going outside for some yard work or gardening..who knows..picking some flowers..going for a nice walk picking up sticks..cleaning out your closet..just something to take your mind into another direction..other than on what is there before you and is worrying you or bothering you at this present moment in time..Amen..because life is tough at times..and only we can help ourselves to do what we know we need to be doing..so we stay healthy..happy and whole in our lives..because situations will always take place in all of our lives..but as we are waiting on the Lord..to fix the situations..we as well have to do things for ourselves to stay well in the midst of it..and not beleive any lies from that ole devil..Amen!”

“So today I just pray that we all know that God is for us and not against us..(Romans 8:31-33)..that we are the apple of His eyes..(Zecharish 2:8)..Amen..and that He is working it all together for our good..(Romans 8:28)..everything..the good the bad and the ugly..Amen..so let us get busy getting out of our heads and into our hands..Praise the Lord..because we know the saying and it says this that idle hands are the devils workshop..Amen..so let us do all that we do for the glory of God and that we have the best day that we each can..making the best of our moments that have been given and handed into our hands..and shining and sharing the light of the Lord in the midst of everything..because we need not fret or worry for we are Gods children..Amen..for He holds us in His hands as we are doing a work for Him with ours..(Isaiah 41:10/Isaiah 49:16)..Amen!”
