“So this morning I am thinking of us and our feelings and emotions and at how some times they can be like a yoyo..Amen..and I think of this and of course I always go to the word of God..because Gods word is everything to us as His children..that’s how our Father speaks to us..through His word..Hallelujah..but research shows that the heart communicates with the brain but the heart sends more information to the brain than the brain does the heart..Amen..so right there is big difference for us when dealing with us and our lives that we live..because the Bible uses our hearts and minds to represent the core of a persons being..Amen..because the heart the word says is deceitful above all things..and there desperately wicked..it says for out from them comes evil thoughts..murder..adultery..sexual immorality..theft and slander..but the Lord says to us that He searches our hearts and He test our minds..(Jeremiah 17:9-10/Matthew 15:19)..Amen..for Jesus tells us that we are to be of one heart and one mind..(Philippians 2:2)..in other words grow up in Him and stop it will all the wishy washy back and forth stuff..you know that yoyo so to speak..Praise the Lord..and the only way we get there to that place of having one heart and mind connecting up and responding well with each other is when we recognize within ourselves those things that we are eating upon in our lives..what are we feasting on and eating on daily..and I am speaking spiritually here..Amen!”

“Because Jesus is the bread of life..for He says when we have Him we will never hunger nor will we ever thirst again..(John 6:35)..because naturally here guys it says we cannot just live by bread alone..speaking of just naturally eating food daily..but it says we will live by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God..(Matthew 4:4)..Praise the Lord..so how do we eat this bread of God the bread of Life which is Jesus Christ our Lord?..well we sit down daily in His presence..for He says blessed are those that hunger and thirst after righteousness for they shall be filled..(Matthew 5:6-12)..Amen..and in doing so He satisfies the longing soul..and fills the hungry soul with goodness..(Psalms 107:9)..and He says that His peace which surpasses all understanding shall guard our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus..(Philippines 4:2)..Amen..so if you’re struggling then ask yourself what have I been eating?..and only you and the Lord truly know that answer..and if it’s not been a good meal that you’ve been eating on then by all means start right now just you and the Lord and find your place and sit down at the table that God has prepared for you and feast upon His delicious bread and drink His most precious wine that was broken and poured out just for you..that you alone could have life and have it to the overflowing abundance..that you would be happy..healthy..whole and complete in Him and in Him alone..for He came to give us life and a life of abundance..(John 10:10)..so let us not be conformed to this world..but let us all be transformed by the renewing of our minds where we can know what Gods most perfect will is for our lives..(Romans 12:2)..and then and only then will we walk that out..both in our minds and in our hearts..living well and living whole..Amen!”
