“So this morning I wake up around 4 and I couldn’t seem for the life of me to go back to sleep..so I just laid there and then the next thing I know my mind begins wandering around and starts thinking good thoughts at first then all of a sudden I am way out there somewhere in left field so to speak..and in that moment I thought my goodness that ole enemy never stops..Amen..and in that moment I knew within myself that I had to immediately change my thinking and I had to immediately speak truth in my mind because how many of you know that truth always prevails over lies from the enemy..Praise the Lord..and I know all too well that I’m not the only one who deals with this..the battlefield of the mind..Amen..so I figured this morning that this is what God wants me to write about..because I feel all to well that we all need this..Praise the Lord..because who we listen to reflects our lives..affects us spiritually..mentally..emotionally..and physically..Amen..it’s truly the most important and serious business that each of us have within our own selves..because we will either win or lose all by what we choose to listen to in our minds..because what we hear in our ears and what we choose to believe is either gonna make or break us..it’s either gonna make us soar in life like a grand and most magnificent eagle or we will bow our heads to the ground in the dirt and peck around like a lost chicken..Amen..so first off we gotta know who we are in Christ..Amen..scripture says who are you?..and what do you say about yourself?..(John 1:22)..because honestly if we start there then will know just how much work within our own hearts and minds that need to take place..it tells us in Gods word that we are to be careful what we say..Amen!”

“For the word says that we will keep our lives by keeping our mouths..(Proverbs 13:3)..in other words don’t spew lies about who you are and speak negatively over yourself..Amen..for it says death and life are on the power of our tongues and that we will eat the fruit of it..(Proverbs 18:21)..Amen..so when we catch ourselves in our own minds speaking harshly towards our lives..our choices..our past..anything that is contrary to what God says about us..then we must turn the channel..that’s what I say anyways..grab the remote and turn that channel..Praise the Lord..because God says my sheep hear my voice..Hallelujah..and He knows us and we follow Him..Praise the Lord..(John 10:27)..for He says a stranger we will not follow..Hallelujah..(John 10:5)..so we ourselves help ourselves by knowing immediately who it is that we are listening to..Amen..because who we listen to is the most important part of our growth in Christ..for we are building our lives on Him and His truth..so we have got to follow that..believe that..and trust that..always and forever..that what we are listening to once again will either make or break us..so let listen to the voice of truth..singing and shining over us..in our hearts..in our minds and in our lives..Amen!”
