“For the most part defeat happens in our lives when we cling and holdfast to past events..to all the heartaches the hurts the pains..when we dwell on our yesterdays of our lives..the sickness we went through..the loss of loved ones..when we see the negative that has happened then it holds us each of us there in that place and in that state of mind..and we never move on to the next thing in life..because our minds are filled with the past and all that was there so we all know that as we think the scriptures says so are we..(Proverbs 23:7)..Amen..so this morning I just came to speak life over all of us and our lives..and I just wanna declare that God’s word says this..Do not cling to events of the past..or dwell on what happened long ago..but much rather watch for the new thing I am going to do..it is happening already..you can even see it now..I will make a road through the wilderness..and give you streams of water there..(Isaiah 43:18-19)..Praise the Lord..so let us all renew our minds..(Romans 12:2)..change our thinking..quit living in the past..quit dwelling on the negative..and let us look up and look around us and see Gods hands even now doing a new thing in each of us and our lives..giving us beauty for ashes..and oil of joy for mourning..a garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness that we might be called trees of righteousness from the planting of the Lord..that He alone would be glorified..(Isaiah 61:3)..for behold the Lord says I Am doing a new thing for you..let us see it and let us all receive it even now..Amen!”
