“I think about God’s grace and goodness to each of us..Amen..because He has no favorites..He has no special one..Amen..He chooses us all..He loves us all..and He forgives us all..Amen..but for the past few days..I have been thinking about forgiveness..and I have been thinking a lot about how God really does forgive us..when we humbly come to Him to ask for it..Amen..and of course I think about us and how we choose to forgive..and really if we do forgive?”..because saying we forgive and actually living it out in our everyday lives is two different things..Amen..for we can say it all the day long..we can front so to speak to people..too those ones that has hurt or offended us..and we do this really well..Amen..but at the end of the day it is still you and me..alone with ourselves and our hearts and our minds to deal with!”
“Because freedom and liberty lies totally in our choosing to forgive others..Amen..because you see we don’t hurt others with what they’ve done or said to us..but the person who is hurt is us!..Amen..we torment and we give the enemy access to areas that should be gone in our lives..but really let’s be honest for a moment are they really gone?..have we really and truly forgiven someone of there trespasses and sins and words and hurts that they have caused?..more than likely that is probably as well a BIG FAT NO..Amen..because if we talk about it..bring it up..cry over it..and or give it any and I mean any lead way in our lives then we stay there in the hurt..in the pain..in the unforgiveness..and honestly in bondage..and most of the time people stay there in that place for the rest of their lives..never to be free..and free indeed..just there in the hurt and in the mess..and for some let’s say 10, 20 or even 30 years..and for some longer then that..Amen!”

“But I was thinking about the Lord and how we are to be like Him in everything..we are to walk as our Father has walked here on this earth..and we are to forgive as He forgives us..because it’s funny how we want others to forget those things that we have done or said to them over the years..because we all know all too well that we’re not perfect..(Matthew 5:48)..Amen..only Christ..but we don’t forgive as Christ Jesus does us..because when the Lord forgives, He as well forgets..He tosses the wrongs that we have done..the sins that we have committed..everything the word of God says into the sea of forgetfulness..never to be brought up against us again..(Micah 7:19)..Amen..what a wonderful thing that is..but as for us..we don’t do that..we don’t live free lives..because we choose not too..we haven’t really grown up because we still are crying over hurts and situations that happened years ago..and we walk away from the blessings and gifts that God has given us now in life..because the enemy keeps us busy and entertained with our yesterdays or should I say yesteryears of life..so we never enjoy our todays..and what a shame that is!..Amen!”

“So today I want to challenge us all..have we forgiven others?..we do say the prayer I am sure..but do we hear the words of that prayer..”Our Father which art in heaven..hallowed be thy name thy Kingdom come thy will be done in earth as it is in heaven..give us this day our daily bread..And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us..And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil..For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever and ever..(Matthew 6:9-13)..Amen..Do we forgive others of their trespasses as the Lord has?..do we toss them away from us?..or do we keep them tucked away in the corners of our hearts and minds?..because if we bring up others sins and their wrong doings that they have committed in their lives well guys were no better than the enemy..because he as well is the accuser of the brethren..(Revelation 12:10)..he as well is the one who brings up our past sins and mistakes..and we never want to be that person..we want to be free..Amen!”

“We want to live whole and complete filled lives..not wearing mask..not being two faced with who we are as individuals..not being that person that says one thing but lives out another behind closed doors..always gossiping and talking about others and who they are and what they did..Amen..because I have come to this place in my life as to where the Lord wants for Mandi to grow up..not live in the past..not being so easily defensive and on guard all the time..but guess what He wants you as well too grow up and be who He’s made for us to be!..Amen..so my scripture that has been one that I have been living by and trying my best too since the beginning of this year in January is the one found in the book of Psalms that says this..”Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer!”..(Psalm 19:14)..and that is not at all an easy one to live out..because it’s so easy to get dragged into the talk..dragged into the past..dragged into the mess that the Lord has delivered and set me free from..but I am learning and I am trying..and my whole point for us all is be free..live free..live whole complete lives..don’t speak one way and live another way..Amen..for yes you may fool people..I may fool people..but let us remind ourselves we will never, ever fool the Lord..for He knows us..and He knows what we are doing..He knows what were saying..and so forth..so my intent is for the Lord to be pleased with Mandi..Amen!”

“Because once again people are just people..they’re not the Lord..and we are to live for Him and Him alone..not people and there opinion and there thoughts..just the Lords..Amen..so let us be better then we were yesterday..Amen..living a blessed happy filled life..that the Lord our God died that we could live..and yes it’s our choices and our decisions that we daily make..so if this devotion hits home to you and your life..then let us, myself included ask for forgiveness ask the Lord to heal us and to free us from the past..the mistakes..the failures and help us to move on in this life..letting go of the hurt and the pains..because we have one life and I want to live mine well..being whole in all areas..Amen..and I pray you do as well..so let us not grab the bait when the enemy throws it our way which in case he will..because that’s who he is..and instead let us release it all to Jesus..giving it too Him and Him alone..Amen..worrying about nothing..but praying about everything..(Philippians 4:6-7)..living whole, peaceful and content filled lives..I love the saying that says, let the little birdie fly over your head..don’t let it take nesting..in other words..don’t let others or your past dictate your future..Amen..but let the words and the hurts fly over your head..don’t dwell there..but instead let it go..and I mean let it all go..Amen!”
