“So there’s trains 🚂 that pass through Winston a few times a day..and sometimes I can hear 👂 them passing through because we live close to the city 🏙️..Amen..and this morning I heard one going through and I always remember this sermon a preacher had preached before about having a reprobate mind..Amen..and his reference was that of a train 🚂 and he says it’s like the Lord keeps saying things to you and dealing with you and at first you are very sensitive to His voice when He is speaking to you..but as time goes on he says if you are disobedient and you keep over looking what the Lord is saying it ends up being like trains 🚂 passing through your town and again at first there very loud to you but as time goes on you grow accustomed to them so you do not hear 👂 them as loudly as you first did..Amen..and I think 🤔 that message stuck with me because I remember moving to Montgomery back in 1990 and when we first got there no one could stand the trains 🚂 going through the city 🌃..but as we lived there for a little while we didn’t even notice them at all..we had grown accustomed to them..Amen!” 

“But this morning I know that there are consequences for disobedience in our lives..and I know that if we over look Gods voice when He speaks and we disregard it..our sensitivity to His voice will become lessened in our lives..we’re not as sensitive to it..because we are choosing to disregard it..and do our own thing if you will..Amen..but I do know that sooner or later the disobedience catches up with us all..and we do face the consequences for our actions in life..but if only we would’ve listened we could’ve spared ourselves much heartaches and disappointments in life..Amen..because God tells us I am the Lord your God which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt..and I have broken the bands of your yoke and made you upright..but if you do not listen 👂 and keep my commandments and break my covenant then there are many consequences that will take place in your life..(Leviticus 26:13-17)..Amen!” 

“Because for many they will say well, Mandi that’s in the Old Testament..and yes they are correct ✅..but as well that is the word of God..and we are to take it all into consideration..Amen..for we as children of God are not free 🆓 to sin..to do whatever we want to do..for the Lord tells us to be holy as He is holy..(1 Peter 1:16)..Amen..and not ever take His grace for granted..for it says this..what then?..shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace?..it says, God forbid..(Romans 6:15)..Amen..for we are called to incline our ears 👂 and listen and hear that our souls may live..(Isaiah 55:3)..but as well it says the way of a fool is right in his own eyes 👀 but a wise man listens to advice..(Proverbs 12:15)..Amen..so I just came to say this..each of us know the voice of God when He is speaking to us..Amen..and I do pray that when He does speak 🗣️ that we immediately respond with a yes..and that we immediately listen to His correction and command that He is speaking..that we choose to hear and listen..that we are sensitive to our Father and His voice..and that we save ourselves much heartache and regrets..for whom He loves He corrects ✅..(Proverbs 3:12)..Amen..and He does so because He sees and knows what’s best for you and I..so let us not be disobedient..but much rather let us be obedient..not suffering the consequences for our disobedience..Amen!”
