”So I heard a pastor preach a message about when he used to do marriage counseling..and he begins preaching about one couple 👫🏻 in particular that came in for some counseling to try and save their marriage..Amen..and so they both were speaking of course and then the lady after about thirty minutes into the session she says pastor yeah I get angry 😡 and mad maybe about three to four times a year and completely blow up 😤..but it’s okay 👌 she said..they only last for about 3 seconds..if that..Amen..but then the pastor comes back to the lady and responds to her this way..he said yeah well it only takes about 3 seconds for a tornado 🌪️ to completely tear up 🆙 and do massive damage and destruction to all that is within the pathway of it..Amen..and he goes on to saying that the damage from those 3 seconds take a long time to fix and to repair..for some maybe months..but most of the time it takes years to rebuild and repair what’s been damaged..Amen!”
”And so of course as I am listening to this I began thinking 💭 well either the lady is gonna respond to what was said as far as watching her anger in those 3 seconds and changing her ways or she’s gonna live miserably with her husband for the rest of her life..or their gonna get a divorce and the sad 😔 thing is this..that who she is regardless of who she is married too is the same person she will carry with her into the next relationship or even marriage..Amen..because our words are ever so powerful..(Proverbs 18:21)..and I know that we all hear 👂 this quit often about words and how we are speaking to our loved 🥰 ones..and at the damage it does and can do..because for me other people that are not as close to me if they say things against me really doesn’t hold much weight or barring if you will..but if it’s family..the ones that are closest to me well that is really the ones that get me..and straight to my heart ❤️..because words again cut deep into the being of our souls..and if we’re honest we never ever forget what has been spoken..we heal a little but still somewhere in the back of our minds it’s there..the things that were said..and again usually it’s only one word that was said..one gesture that was made..one attitude that was given..and in that moment it’s there and it’s hurtful and it’s harmful to not only you but as well the relationship with them..Amen!”
“Because the Bible says let our words be few..Amen..it says let them be yes or amen 🙏🏻 it says anything more than this comes the evil one..(Ecclesiastes 5:2/Matthew 5:37)..Amen..it’s says as much that lies within you to live peacefully with all men..(Romans 12:8)..Amen..it says it’s better that a man 🧍♂️would live on the rooftop of his home 🏡 then to live inside with a brawling woman 🧍♀️..(Proverbs 21:9)..Amen..but I do pray 🙏🏻 this morning that we watch our watch our words that we are speaking out from our mouths 👄 ..that we are choosing to be mindful of what we’re about to speak to someone and especially our loved ones..the damage that tiny little 3 seconds can do..be ye angry but sin not..(Ephesians 4:26)..Amen..and let us do better representing the Lord in our speech..Amen..for He tells us to let our speech always be seasoned with grace and always be seasoned with salt 🧂..(Colossians 4:6)..Amen!”
“And what is grace?..well it is a gift 🎁 cannot be earned..undeserved, unmerited favor..Amen..and salt is a sign of hospitality..loyalty..they use it to enrich the soil to stimulate growth..to protect the crops from disease 🦠 for it represents a binding commitment..Praise the Lord..there isn’t any wonder why the Lord would use those two things when speaking to us about our speech..Amen..so I do pray that we are peace ☮️ keepers over our mouths..that we are enriching the soil to simulate growth in our relationships with our families and our friends..that we are showing hospitality..protecting the crops if you will from disease 🦠..that we understand the grace that has been given to us..as we as well extend it out unto them is all unmerited and underserved..Amen..all the while living by treating others the way you yourself wants to be treated and speaking to others the way you yourself wants to be spoken too..Amen..and more than anything I pray none of us ever forget the damage of them tiny 3 seconds..Amen!”
”For it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen & Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤️
