“I had heard about this pastor who had accomplished so much in his life and in his ministry..he had done great things..and at the end of his life this man comes to him and ask of him how in the world did you do so much and accomplish so much?..and the pastor looks at the man and he says..well, son, you have to remember that there is two of us..Amen..and what he was saying this pastor was I have the Lord with me..Amen..with my daily walking and talking and living my life..and making my choices and decisions..I have Jesus with me..Praise the Lord..so heres the thing right..when we know that God is with us and daily so..we do care about where we are going and what we are doing..Amen..and we do ask of the Lord to guide us in our day..and if He feels the need to change our plans or guide us in a direction that He desires then we go that way..Amen..because we are more mindful about our lives..when we know that no matter where we go in our lives that God is with us..that He never leaves us..(Deuteronomy 31:6/Hebrews 13:5)..Amen..then that changes everything for you and I..Amen..we do so much better..Amen..it truly amazes me at how we won’t say things or do certain things in front of certain people..but then here we go doing everything in front of the Lord..not at all concerned about what He is thinking of us..Amen..and that is just not a good place for us to be at in our lives..for you see when we are mindful and we are considering the Lord in our lives then we do walk a little better and try a little harder..and face things with more confidence..and we do speak kinder..and love harder..Amen..we do a lot better when we live our lives to please that audience of one which is Jesus Christ our Lord..Amen!”
“For you see the word says in the book of Psalm..”O Lord, You have searched me and known me..You know my sitting down and my rising up..You understand my thoughts afar off..You comprehend my path and my lying down..and are acquainted with all my ways..For there is not a word on my tongue, But behold, O Lord, You know it altogether..You have hedged me behind and before, and laid Your hand upon me..Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; It is high, I cannot attain it..Where can I go from Your Spirit?..or where can I flee from Your presence?..if I ascend into heaven, You are there..If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there..If I take the wings of the morning..and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea..even there Your hand shall lead me,
and Your right hand shall hold me..(Psalm 139:1-10)..Amen..so when we consider this..and we understand this..then we do have such a productive life..because God is there..God is the one who helps and strengthens and guides..protects and everything in between..Amen..and we are better..Praise the Lord..for He is a friend that sticks closer than a brother..(Proverbs 18:24)..Amen..He is with us..and that is so comforting..that He is a very present help in our time of need..(Psalm 46:1-2)..Amen..that all we have to do is call on Him..for He says I will answer you and show you great and mighty things that you know not..(Jeremiah 33:3)..Amen..so know that the Lord is with you..always..no matter where you are..you always have a friend..you always have a constant in your life..Praise the Lord..what a victory and what a peace that brings to our hearts and our minds..Amen..so know that you are walking with the Lord daily..and He my friends is right there walking with you..Praise the Lord..so talk to Him..ask of Him..and love Him..and thank Him for being there and for never leaving you..Amen!”
