”Change others..Change yourself!”

“How many of you know that when you keep doing the same things day in and day out, you will continue to get the same results? Amen. But how many of you also know that when you keep thinking and saying the same things day after day, you’ll get the same results as well? Amen. What I’m saying is simple: we have to stop ourselves by stopping ourselves. Amen. When we’re about to say something that we know is out of line, we need to stop ourselves. When we’re about to respond to a situation the same way we always have—knowing full well the outcome—we need to stop ourselves. We have to learn to do things differently. Amen.

We cannot expect something to change or improve if we keep doing the same things. We must renew our minds, as the Bible says in (Romans 12:2)..(Philippians 4:8) tells us to think on things that are lovely and of a good report. Amen. A bad attitude, a poor spirit, and a murmuring or complaining one will get us nowhere. It only leads to misery. It makes us lose our witness for the Lord, and it doesn’t reflect well on us. When we lose our temper, especially with others, we look bad. Amen.

So again, let’s help ourselves by stopping ourselves. When we’re tempted to speak or act in ways we shouldn’t—whether it’s gossiping, putting someone down, being rude to our spouses, judging our friends, or just being mean—it’s better to stay silent. As the saying goes, ‘If you don’t have anything kind to say, say nothing at all.’ Amen.

If we want to change our lives, we need to start by changing ourselves. When we think and see clearly, we can better understand and support others. We can be more productive, because no one wants to be around a gossip, an angry person, or someone negative. By changing ourselves, we can influence those around us. As the saying goes, ‘Great leaders lead by example.’ If there’s something you want in this world, make sure you’re giving it as well. Make sure you’re living truthfully and doing your best. Amen.

We grow when we start listening, obeying, and recognizing our own faults, instead of always blaming others. Amen. So again, let’s stop ourselves in those moments when we’re about to lose control. Let’s make a change, starting with you and me, right here, right now, today. Amen!”

For it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Be blessed today my dear friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father. Much love to you all, Mandi
