”Be thankful for closed doors!”

“It seems that every time in my life when I thought the Lord was taking something away, or when I felt He wasn’t answering my prayers, I later realized that none of those things were true. The Bible tells us to be thankful for all the closed doors, detours, and roadblocks in our lives. These weren’t setbacks, but protection from paths and places that weren’t meant for us. Amen. How many of you can look back on your life and see God’s hand at work, directing and guiding you to places different from where you originally wanted to go? Now, you can understand why the Lord closed certain doors and why, in His wisdom, He said no. Amen!

Today, I may not know where you are in life or what you’re praying for. It may feel like God isn’t hearing you or answering your prayers. But I want to tell you that He hears you, and He is answering you. Praise the Lord! It may not be the answer you’re expecting or hoping for, but it is the right one. You may not understand it now, but one day you will. You’ll see why He placed you where you are and why He didn’t take you to the place you wanted to go. The Bible says, ‘For I know the thoughts I think toward you, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope’ (Jeremiah 29:11). Amen!

God has a great plan for each of us. When we walk in His plans instead of our own, we find a much more satisfying and peaceful life. So let us surrender to God’s will and be obedient to His calling. Remember, God knows what’s best for all of us. We don’t see the whole picture, but He does. Let us have faith and trust in Him, allowing God to have His way in our lives. Amen.

For it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray. Amen and Amen.
Be blessed today, my dear friends, and remember, wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father. Much love to you all.” Mandi
