”Wear your coat!”

“So I read a post yesterday that said this..Sometimes you need a “stop doing” list as badly as you do a “to do” list..Amen..I remember this message at a women’s conference..Amen..and the message was about Jospeh..and at all the he went through..Jospeh was the baby of course..and his father showed favor and gave Jospeh a coat of many colors..and of course his brothers were jealous over him..Jospeh was a dreamer and told his dreams to his brothers in which case made them even more jealous over him..and so Jospeh goes through a lot..and Jospeh wears a lot of different coats in his life..but long story short God spared Jospeh..and he ended up saving his family from a famine..and the Lord in it all was with Jospeh..Amen..but the point is Jospeh didn’t just get there..he had to endure..go through hardships..losses..lies..deceit..a pit..slavery..prison..everything..but in it all again God was with him..(Genesis 36/37)..Amen..and worked it all together for his good..(Romans 8:28)..Praise the Lord..but my point of it all is this..we all have many different coats so to speak that we wear..Amen..we all carry a weight that is only ours to be carried..(2 Corinthians 12:9-12)..and as I stated above..you have to carry what God gives grace daily for you to be carrying..and sometimes you have to have that stop doing list just as bad as the doing list..Amen..because wearing your coat that God has given has to be worn gracefully..Amen..we don’t wanna run dry in our lives..we don’t wanna rush always..and we don’t always wanna have to think that everything is ours to take up..and pick up..because again it’s not..Amen!”

“So my heart this morning is that we all focus on what is ours..what we need to do and with whom we need to do it with..and go from there..all the while along the way making sure were not picking up and carrying extra weight and baggage that isn’t ours to carry..for when we do..we get weighed down by it all sooner or later..it may not seem heavy at first..but over time when you keep carrying even a one pound of weight around with you..it begins to get heavy over time..Amen..so I do pray we all ask the Lord to give us clear vision and direction for where He alone would have for us to be..whom He alone would have for us to be around..and that we would be doing only what He alone has called for us to do..and that we understand that we are one person..and we are all equipped daily for what God needs for us to be doing..when we add..we lose sight..we lose peace..and we lose doing the best and living the best life that we could be and that we should be living daily..all for the fact that we just keep saying yes..other than understanding that together when we all do what we are needed and supposed to be doing..life is sweet..and sweet for all that is involved..Amen..so be where you need to be and do well wherever you are and wherever you are called to be..making a difference..being a light..sharing and shining the Lord..all the while doing it peacefully..doing it happily..and doing it gracefully..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
