”Follow the Lords voice!”

“For the most part, if you find yourself constantly seeking answers from others, asking the same questions over and over, it’s likely that deep down, you already know the answer. Amen. For God, our Father, always speaks to us, His children—not in an audible voice, but through that still, small voice we hear within. Amen. He nudges us, confirms things through His Spirit that lives within us. Amen. If we are doing something in our lives that is not pleasing to the Father, He alone will let us know. Even if others in the world are doing whatever they choose, if the Lord tells you ‘no,’ then it’s a ‘no.’ Amen.

As I’ve said, if any of us is continually seeking an answer from someone else, it’s often because we don’t want to listen to what the Lord has already spoken. It’s possibly a hint of disobedience. Amen. Others may be allowed to do certain things in their season, but if God says ‘no’ to you, then it’s a ‘no.’ There’s a reason for everything, because we all have a unique calling on our lives. We are each called to different purposes. The call of Christ is great upon our lives, and the Lord desires that we listen to what He says, even when it doesn’t make sense, even when everyone else is doing something, and even when it seems like no big deal. Amen!

I just came today to remind each of us to live a life of peace with the Lord and to live the life He alone desires for us. Amen. We are called to deny ourselves, as it says in Matthew 16:24-26, and denying ourselves does require sacrifice. It requires a listening ear and an obedient heart, because following the Lord is not always easy. Amen. But the life lived while following the Lord is truly amazing. You see, we don’t want to just hear without truly listening (James 1:19-27). Amen. We want to be lovers of God, to shine brightly for Him, to be alert and wise in all things. We want to walk worthy of the calling placed on our lives (Ephesians 4:1), and we should not always be asking others what they think, feel, or their opinion, especially all the time. Praise the Lord. Instead, we should desire to hear God’s voice as He speaks to us, and we should respond immediately with obedience—not with questions, not with doubt, but simply with obedience, following through with whatever He has spoken. Amen. For the Bible says that obedience is better than sacrifice (1 Samuel 15:22), because obedience is where the reward lies. Amen.

For it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray. Amen and Amen. Be blessed today, my dear sweet friends, and remember, wherever you go and whatever you do, be a light for our Father. Much love to you all, Mandi.”
