”Change is hard..but worth it!”

“For the most part, change is hard. Maybe I’m just speaking for myself, but I do not like it at all. I thrive on routine—Amen—I like knowing what I’m doing each day. But again, how many of you know that change is sometimes hard? It can make you uncomfortable, but it is also a good thing when it happens because it helps us grow in the Lord and positions us where He needs us to be. Amen. God orders our steps, and the Lord tells us in His Word that while we may make our plans, He directs our paths. Psalm 37:23 and Proverbs 16:9 remind us of this truth. Amen!

So, when the season of change comes in your life, as it is in mine right now, I pray we all reflect on the past and recognize how we grew and changed through those experiences. Amen. Think about how we met so many wonderful people, did such grand and great things, and grew both as individuals and as children of God. We should not be complacent in our walk, but understand that a little uneasiness in life is good. It’s when we don’t know the next step in our life that we trust Christ the most, knowing that He alone has us in His hands, working all things together for our good. Romans 8:28. Amen!

There’s a saying I once read: ‘When you can’t trace God’s hand in your life, you can always trust His heart and His love for you.’ Amen. Change is a sign of growth, a step of faith in your life. But again, how many of you know that faith without works is dead? James 2:14-26. Amen. So we must put actions behind our walk and talk, letting go of our own plans and saying ‘yes’ to the Lord’s plans. Amen. Whatever God presents to us, if He opens a door, my whole heart and prayer is that you and I walk through it with a resounding ‘yes.’ Amen.

In Jesus’ name, I pray and ask these things. Amen and Amen. Be blessed today, my dear sweet friends, and remember, wherever you go and whatever you do, be a light for our Father. Much love to you all.
