”Pray!”

“My heart and prayer for us all is that none of us ever neglect our prayer lives. Amen. Every day, we all face challenges; we all go through something, and we need Jesus. But more than that, we must remember how much we have to be thankful for in our lives, for the Lord has done great and mighty things for us. Therefore, our prayers should always be lifted up to our Father. Amen. We should always be talking to Him, giving Him all of who we are, and bringing all our concerns to Him in prayer. Amen. Sometimes, however, we just need to be in His presence—without saying a word—just sitting or bowing before Him in His glory, being filled and nourished by our Father. Amen. Our prayer time and our time alone with the Lord should never be missed, for that is the most important time in our day. Those moments are the most precious times. Amen.

For Jesus is a jealous God over us (Exodus 34:14). He desires for us to come to Him always, and He waits patiently for us. He is long-suffering with us (Exodus 34:6, Numbers 14:18). Amen. He doesn’t lose His patience with us or turn us away—ever. Amen. What a Father He is! He always shows compassion and so much understanding. I often think to myself, ‘Imagine if we were that way with the ones the Lord has given to us and placed in our lives.’ Can you imagine how not only their lives but also our lives would change if we were more patient, more understanding, more compassionate? If only we were more like Jesus. Amen.

So today, my whole heart is that we all have a prayer list and that we all spend time with Jesus, taking our requests before Him, laying them at His throne, giving Him everything—every concern, every heartache, every weakness, every sickness. We must give Him all, not just a part, but all. Amen! Because our prayer lives are so important, Jesus hears us when we come to Him. He hears us when we speak, and even when we don’t— the Lord knows (Psalm 139:4). Amen. So, let us not grow weary in our prayer lives, for they mean so much—for us and for the lives of others. We all need covering in prayer, and if the Lord has given you others to pray for, then by all means, pray for them. Be diligent in that responsibility. Amen. Be that mighty prayer warrior. Amen.

That is how we win, how we get the hands of the Lord moving in our lives and in our world. For the battle belongs to Jesus—every single one of them—and victory is already there. So trust the Lord, lean on Him, take your burdens to Him, and leave them there, knowing that He is working on every one of those prayers. For He is faithful, and He will do what He says in His word that He will do. When we come to Him, He never takes it lightly but makes intercession for us (Romans 8:34). The Lord stands in the gap for us; He bridged that gap so that we could be His and that He alone could be ours. Hallelujah!

So, let us pray, and let us pray like never before, believing and trusting Jesus with it all. For it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I ask and pray. Amen and Amen. Be blessed today, dear sweet friends, and remember, wherever you go and whatever you do, be a light for our Father. Much love to you all.
