”Stay in the light!”

“None of us ever want to be in a place where our light has gone, a place where all is dark. Amen. We want, for the most part, to live how we want to live, don’t we? We want to walk in our ways, not so much as truly abiding in Christ and doing as He would have us do. Amen. But you see, we do live in a world that is dark, and we as children of the Lord are called to shine our lights so bright that others may see our good deeds and glorify our Father in heaven (Matthew 5:14-16). Amen. Jesus tells us in His word that He is the light of the world and that if we follow Him, we will have the light of life and never walk in darkness (John 8:12). Amen. The Lord warns us to walk in the light so that darkness will not overtake us (John 12:35). Amen. Because if we are not following and not abiding where we should be in our lives, how can we lead another to the Lord? How can we make a difference in their lives? We can’t. Amen!

We need to now more than ever before in this world and this generation that we live in, for they are looking for that light. Amen. They are searching for a light that is the real deal, so to speak. Amen. They want honesty; they want real people who know they need Jesus. They don’t just walk around super spiritual. Amen. They show the Lord; they live out their lives as true children of the Lord. They live in love, walk in love, and share their testimonies. Amen. For we all need the Master. Amen. We all need the light of the Lord because once we meet the Master, we will never be the same. Praise the Lord. That is our purpose in life: to help others come into the saving knowledge of the Lord and for ourselves to remain and abide there. We all need one another in this thing we call life. Amen!

So, my prayer is that our hearts don’t get hardened to the ways of this world and that we do not turn a deaf ear to the cries of the lost and the hurting. Amen. So, where are you in your life? Are you walking with Jesus? Are you being kind, caring, and compassionate? Are you loving all? Are you helping where you are? Because we are the Lord’s hands and feet, and everyone has a story, everyone has pain, and everyone is going through something. Amen. Only Jesus can make a difference. Only the Lord. No one needs opinions; no one needs to hear what another thinks. They just need to feel and experience the Lord’s love. They need to feel our prayers, for as we walk wherever we go, we carry Christ Jesus with us. So let us always give Jesus. Amen.

I love the song that says, ‘I need thee, Oh, I need thee, every hour I need thee. Oh, bless me now, my Savior. I come to thee.’ Amen. That is the cry of all of our hearts, I believe. That is the piece of everyone’s broken places that can’t seem to be mended. Amen. We need the Lord, for He alone is the missing piece. He is the one that we all need. Amen. So let us spread the love of the Lord and shine as brightly as we can for Him, being salt and light to this world (Matthew 5:13-16). It is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I ask and pray. Amen and Amen. Be blessed today, my dear sweet friends, and remember, wherever you go and whatever you do, be a light for our Father. Much love to you all. Mandi.”
