”You are enough!”

For the most part, we live in a society where everyone is trying to be like someone else, or even measure up to someone else. Amen. It seems that the person we are is not enough, or never really good enough. Am I not right? Many walk around feeling inferior to who they are; they feel not good enough, as if everyone else is great but not them. So, they buy the magazines, the self-help books, and watch the editorials on how to be or act a certain way. But in the midst of all that, they fall short of who someone else declares they should be, and at that moment, they lose a lot of who they already are. Amen.

You see, guys, that old devil comes in many different forms. If he gets us to think such thoughts, we lose our authenticity of who the Lord has called and made us to be. So be careful, guys, of whose voice you listen to when it comes to who you are. Amen!

For God has fearfully and wonderfully made us. Psalm 139:14. He made us perfect! I believe that with everything in me. Flaws and all, we are perfectly beautiful humans in God’s sight. So don’t compare yourself to someone else. Accept yourself for who you are, nothing more and nothing less. I love all my friends that God has placed in my life. Some are loud, some are very quiet, some are glamorous, and others are as plain as they come, but each one of them is perfect in my sight, and I love them exactly for who they are. Amen.

So accept yourself and be happy with who you are. Don’t believe the lies of the enemy, for he is a liar and the father of them all. John 8:44. Be a bright shining light for our Lord. Be yourself, for being who you are is the most glorious gift you can ever give to this world. That’s what makes each of us so very special and unique. Amen!

Think about it: the Lord made us all different, and not one of us has the same fingerprints. The Lord took His time molding and making us in our mothers’ wombs. Jeremiah 1:5 / Psalm 139:13. He calls us by name, knows us, and loves us. So let us learn to love who we are and be the best version of ourselves that we can be. God doesn’t make mistakes. His ways and thoughts towards us are perfect, and perfect are they forever. Amen.

For the Lord says, “I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11. What a great God we serve! Let us thank Him by appreciating the person He created us to be. In His name, Jesus’ name, I ask and pray. Amen and Amen. Be blessed today, my dear sweet friends, and remember, wherever you go and whatever you do, be a light for our Father. Much love to you all.
