”So this morning around 6 as Erik & I left the truckstop heading over towards the coast line in the Carolinas to get unloaded..I couldn’t get over all the traffic going in both directions..the vehicles were rushing around trying to pass others..seriously like a rat race is what it looked like..and my mind thinks my goodness people will do anything..no excuses..just for the almighty dollar..Amen..doesn’t matter the time..if they feel bad..regardless they get up they go..they push themselves to do what they need and it’s evident as I am watching this to get to the job..to do the job..to get the payday..Amen!”

”Which in case is a great thing to say the least..but honestly it’s never enough..people strife for more..the bigger home..the larger bank account..the nicer clothes..the better food..it is always something more to achieve or to get in their lives..it never is a place as to where what they are doing is enough..they have got to do something else..Amen..but I think of this and I think of the scripture that says..store up for yourselves treasures in heaven..for where your treasure is there as well is your heart..(Matthew 6:19-20)..Amen!”

”Because my thoughts again are this..can your imagine if people made no excuses about going to church..about reading their bibles..about studying more..learning more..seeking God more..getting involved more..teaching..leading..singing..all of the good things that would bring us and others closer to the Lord if we all did those things in our lives?..it would be incredible to say the least..Amen!”

”So I wonder what can each of us do more of to be better with our lives to grow more in the Lord and to make a better difference then that of what we are?..because growing in Jesus and doing His work is never a waste of time or energy..and the benefits that come with that no money in the world can ever replace..so if we are trying to reach a goal let us make it one for the kingdom of God and His glory..being more holy as the Lord our God is holy..shining brighter then that of yesterday..and eating fresh manna from Heaven..not yesteryears manna but fresh manna daily..storing up all of our treasures in heaven with our Lord..Amen!”
