“If Anthony, my son, ever faces a problem or difficulty in his life, he doesn’t hold onto it. He doesn’t continually talk about it. Even if it happened only moments before, he still lets it go. Amen. And I mean literally let it go. He’ll say, ‘Well, for one thing, it’s over. So why keep talking about it?’ Amen. In that, I learn. And I think you are ever so right. Because for one, we ourselves hurt ourselves by continually talking about the hurts, the pains, the disappointments, the failures, the defeats—everything. When we just keep on and on about those types of things in our lives—the negative side of our lives—Amen, because no one else gets hurt by our spreading around what someone said or did to us. Amen. No one else feels the pain as we do. Amen. So, the thing is this: when we bring up hurt and past and all of those things, once again, we are living those things out again in our lives and in our minds and then in our feelings and our emotions. And so, in that moment, we lose all joy, all peace, all contentment—everything—because we take ourselves back to that place where it happened, and we again relive it all over. Amen!
“So, to live free, we help ourselves to be free. We gain wisdom from the Lord, and we use that wisdom for our good. We help ourselves by helping ourselves to know the tactics and the schemes of that ole devil. And I will say, whatever is causing your pain, strife, division, whatever is causing drama and anger, or anything such as that, then you have to let it go. You have to separate yourself from those things, no matter what they are, because we all have one life, and why in the world would any of us ever want to live them for the rest of our lives being hurt, and mad, and always in drama with someone and their lives? See, that’s when you let the people go, if that is what it takes. You let the hurt go, the past go, you let whatever it is go and free yourself. Amen. We help ourselves by being wise and smart to know already what is going to happen in us and in certain things that we allow in our lives. So, you see, the Word says, ‘As a man thinks, so is he’ (Proverbs 23:7). And if we dwell on the negative side of things, and we allow hurt, and we allow pain, and we allow strife, drama, past, whatever to overtake us, then we are gonna live those things out in our lives. Amen!
“So, we ask the Lord to renew our minds (Romans 12:2), to create in us clean and pure hearts (Psalm 51:10), and to let it go, everything. If you have laid these things at the feet of Jesus, then you are not meant to pick them back up again. And you are to be smart enough to know that the enemy wants you bound up, never to be free in your life. And God made this world and everything in it for us to enjoy. Amen. So, I read this little saying this morning, and it said this: ‘Like birds, let’s leave behind what we don’t need to carry—grudges, sadness, pain, fear, and regrets. Fly light. Life is beautiful!’ Amen! So today, that alone is my whole heart and prayer for each of us: to live free in our lives, to live peacefully, to live happily, to live in blessings and God’s goodness, to live loving, and live always and forever free. For whom the Son sets free is truly free indeed (John 8:36). So, stay free, for it is for freedom that we are free (Galatians 5:1), and what a price that was paid for our freedom (1 Corinthians 6:20). So, stand in it, and live your life in it, always and forever. For it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray. Amen and Amen. Be blessed today, my dear sweet friends, and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, be a light for our Father. Much love to you all, Mandi.”
