“So this morning I went out to the sunroom to open the windows and turn the ceiling fan on..because I love to let the fresh air in the house..but as I did I am assuming that yesterday evening a momma bird decided to build a nest in our wreath hanging on the door there..and there are two little tiny eggs in it..so of course we won’t be using that door until her babies are born..Amen..but as soon as I seen this I began to think about Jesus and at how He said in the book of Matthew that foxes have holes and birds have nests..but the Son of Man has no place to lay His head..Amen..and Jesus was speaking to one of the teachers of the law..for he had said to Jesus I will follow you wherever you go..and that was the Lords response to him..Matthew 8:19-20..Amen..in otherwards following the Lord is a cost to be paid..and some say that it will make you homeless..generally speaking here..that following the Lord we all say we do..but when it comes to the cost of following Him I know all to well..that we second guess His decisions..we second guess if He really said what He said to us..and we make excuses..Amen..because we are not at all homeless not truly when it comes to the Lord..we all still do what we wanna do..when we wanna do it..Amen..and again just as our Lord..He denied it all..He was truly about His Fathers business..through the pain..through the suffering..through the heartaches..the denial and betrayal..of His dearest and most closest friends..Amen!”

“For He went where God sent Him..to the desert places..to the storms..to the sick..to weary..to the lost..to the ones that were possessed with demons..you name it our Lord went..regardless if He wanted to or not..He would say never the less..be it done unto me..Amen..so again following Jesus has a cost to be paid from each of us..because it is an obedience to the Father..for the word says that if anyone will follow Me let them deny themselves pick up their crosses and follow..Matthew 16:24..Amen..for it says for us to live..that we must die..Phillipians 1:21..Amen..so again how homeless are we when it comes to following Jesus?..because I tell you it is not a easy thing to do..but it is a thing that is the best thing we can ever do for us and our lives..for there is no better life then the one that we live with the Lord..so today let us not only talk the talk..but let us walk that walk with the Lord..hearing..listening and following His lead..wherever that road may lead..because the road will always lead to something beautiful for you and I..even when we can’t see it all..we still choose to have faith and follow through..truly making ourselves and our lives homeless for Jesus..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤️
