“So I know for my husband and I..people often say to us when discussing our son..you guys really do spoil him..and will speak up and say well it’s easy to spoil him because he is so good..he has always been just good..and even now into adulthood he is still good..Amen..but I remember one day speaking with one of my co-workers and she says that to me..you spoil him don’t you Mandi?..and I said the same thing to her that I say usually to others..but after our conversation I began to think about scripture and God’s word..and I thought well, Mandi what if he wasn’t so good?..would you still spoil him?..or would you not be as good to him as you and Erik are now?..or would you turn him away so to speak?..not giving and doing as much as you all do now?..and of course the bible says that it is easy to do good to those that are good to you..Matthew 5:44-45..Amen..when others are not so good..and are not doing good things in their lives..it is harder to be kind or to help..Amen..but you see the word says that it is easy to do good and be kind when all is well..but what about when all is a mess?..and all is not going so well?..then what do we do?..Amen..because it really overwhelms me when I think about Jesus and at how He alone does us His children..that even when we’re wrong..even when we’re not good..or doing good..that He is still good to us..Amen..He still loves on us..comforts us..protects us..feeds and clothes us..Amen..but we ourselves we don’t do those things..when someone is going against us so to speak..or doing things we think they shouldn’t be doing..or acting in certain ways..we get offended..we get mad..we get angry..we get overly exhausted trying to get them to do what we want for them to do..Amen!”

“But you see God says that we are to shine His light..we are to be as He is..Amen..we can’t give them Jesus if we treat them like the world..Amen..we can’t share the gospel when we are not living the gospel out..being kind..being caring..being loving..doing as our Father would do..our Father up in heaven..Amen..so my question for us all is this..life is too short to live with any regrets..and if someone you love is held by sin..then by all means give them what the Lord would give to them..which is water for their thirsty souls..give them something to eat..feed them..clothe them..take care of them..and more than anything pray for them..and love them..because love is where we all win..for you see love covers those multitudes of sin..1 Peter 4:8..and without love we sound like tinkling cymbals..1 Corinthians 13:1..we don’t sound or even look as good as we should be when were not loving..Amen..for once again it’s easy to do good to them who are good to us..but what reward have we?..Amen..so remember that just a little light repels the darkness..and regardless of any of it..we can’t do the same as we’ve always done and expect a change to happen in their hearts or lives..but really maybe just maybe the change has to first happen in ours..Amen..for I love how the Father killed the fatted calf for His son who came home..who put the best of the best on him..Amen..he didn’t turn him away..but He ran to him and hugged him and gave him a kiss..for you see love once again is where it’s at..don’t let the enemy blind you by being mean or growing bitter and cold..towards them ones in whom need you and them ones in whom need your light of Christ..for bondage is a terrible thing..and any form of freedom that they can get that is what they need..Amen..and it’s amazing at the changes that can and will take place when we all come together in unity and in peace..Amen..so let us go forth being as the Lord would..always thinking of them and their souls..first and foremost..so let us love..and then let us love more and more..more so than ever before..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤️
