“So another year is ending for us all..Amen..and I can honestly say this year did fly by..Amen..but as with every year that is ending I must always purchase a calendar for my desk..and I use to keep them my old calendars and I would put them in the drawers of bedroom dresser..but it always seemed what would happen is I would end up cleaning out my dresser drawers and I would see these calendars and I would usually get upset or really sad by them..at the time and season of my life and the things that were taking place in them at that given moment..and it would take me straight back to that time and that place and I would sit there and relieve the whole thing or things over again..and then what would happen is I usually would end up having a bad day..talking about the whole situation over again..and the day would be ruined..Amen..but then as we all do we get smarter about our lives..we get smarter about the choices we make..the things we do for our health..and especially our mental health..Amen..because that ole evil one he surly does not want us happy people..John 10:10..whatsoever..and he uses anything and everything to keep us sad..or depressed or defeated..or feeling as if we are..even though were not..Amen..so I decided to throw them away..and I started this a few years back..because I used to keep everything..but when these things are not good for me and my life..and they keep me held back in the past of my life..and try and destroy my life..and my mindset and my heart..well, then they gotta go..Amen!”

“So today I pray we all consider the things that we are looking at in our lives..in our homes..and anything that isn’t bringing joy..and or happiness to us..then I pray we let them go..and get rid of it..whatever it may be..Amen..don’t hold on to anything in your life that brings sadness to you..because life is not meant for us to live them sad..Amen..and we get to help ourselves by helping ourselves to be wise over them..because we are only hurting us..and that is no good for anyone at all..not our family..not our friends..and especially not for us..mentally, physcially and or spiritually..so today free yourself..if you gotta put up photos and pictures then do that..if you need to rearrange your house to being different then do that..if you gotta throw away things..then by means do that..but whatever you do this coming year..please don’t live in your past..by holding on to hurtful things..or holding on to as some say a shrine..building these temples in your home..as to where you can’t even live in them for the sole fact of seeing these things that are only bringing you much grief and much sorrow..Amen..so be free..live well..and enjoy once again this beautiful thing that we all do call life..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤️
