“Well for me I was born and raised in West Virginia..and when I think of winter and I think of Christmas time I as well think of snow..and building a snowman..and going sleigh riding..and having a snowball fight..Amen..when growing up it was just the norm that when Christmas was coming around we all knew that as well snow was coming and everyone would get ready for it..and get it excited about it..considering gathering up fire wood..and making sure you had candles..and matches..and extra batteries just in case the power went out from all the heavy snow falling on the power lines..Amen..but as well we knew it was a time for baking..and cookie making..family gatherings..Amen..we knew it was the special time for hot chocolate and marshmallows..there’s just something more magical about having hot chocolate when it is Christmas time and it is cold and snowy..and winter has come..Amen..but considering yesterday here in the Carolinas..it was 61 degrees..I mean it was just a tad bit warm here..and the weather was nothing at all like Christmas or even for that matter winter..Amen..but even with the weather and no snow in sight..it was still Christmas..Amen..we still celebrated the whole day..with dinner..movies..hot chocolate..candy..cookies..and pies..yumm..for it still was Jesus’ birthday..Amen!”

“For it didn’t change the fact of that even if the weather was not as we would’ve hoped for..Amen..and so this morning I just wanted to say to us all..maybe were in a season as to where we think it is the wrong season..or the wrong timing or what not..that we are not making progress..and our time hasn’t come yet..for whatever the reason..but I just want us to know that it is the season that we should be in..Ecclesiastes 3:1-8..and it is still God’s perfect timing for us at this stage in our lives..Psalms 31:15..that even if we see nothing that we know that God is working for us together all things..Romans 8:28..that it might not be snow as we hoped for..but at least we have sunshine..Amen..so let us enjoy our season of life..whatever that might be looking like at this time..because believe you me..it will snow again..and we will build that snowman..so we rest..we wait..we enjoy..and we live in the now of the season that we have been given..being thankful..and being grateful for it all..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go, and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤️
