“So every morning Erik or I will cook Benjamin our Lab fresh meat to eat along with his dry dog food..and some mornings he will eat it right up every bite..but then other mornings depending on what he had the day before..he will nudge his little nose at the food..and will walk away from it..Amen..and sooner or later he does make his trip back around to his food bowl once he realizes that we are not giving him anything else and then he will eat what’s there before him..Amen..but when he does this I think about us and at times how we act..Amen..kinda used to everything..the blessings..the food..our home..peace in our lives..no drama..and so forth..great job..great family..and friends..Amen..that sometimes we fail to really see it for what it is..Amen..we just kinda take it for granted and without even knowing..Amen..because we have grown accustomed to it all that we are just used to it..and not really as thankful or appreciative as we should be..Amen!”

“But this morning I am reminded of the scripture in the word of God that says this..Bless the Lord O my soul..and forget not all of His benefits..who forgives our iniquities..who heals all of our diseases..who redeems our lives from destruction..who crowns us with lovingkindness and tender mercies..who satisfies our mouths with good things so that our youth is renewed as the eagles..Psalms 103:2-5..Amen..and I do pray that we are ever so thankful and that we never forget all of the Lords blessings and all of His goodness and benefits that He has given to us..Amen..for like Benjamin he doesn’t know that he has a great life..Amen..other doggies don’t have it so good..Amen..just as others in life does not have it so good either..but we as Benjamin don’t see that or maybe we don’t recognize that..but I do pray that we never take it for granted the things we have in life..the blessings that we get to enjoy..and that we daily let God know just how thankful and how grateful we are for it all..Amen..for the Lord resist the proud but He surly does give grace to the humble..James 4:6..and I pray we are always humbled and thankful for it all..Amen..never to take nothing in our lives for granted..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤️
