“So yesterday morning as Erik and I were at the Ft. Eustis Air force base standing in line to get checked in to go inside the base..there was this young man who was in front of us waiting on his sponsor to come so he could get escorted into the base..there was this man that walked in and had a hat on that had big words John 3:16 written all over it..Amen..so the young man in front of us asked this man are you John?..because that was the name of his sponsor that was coming to take him inside..and the man wearing the hat starts to laugh..and he says I am not John..and kept laughing..and the young man says Oh I thought you were my sponsor..and so the guy never explained to the young man what John 3:16 was..and so I am ready to speak up but the boys sponsor walks in and they leave..so it really bothered me about the young guy who didn’t know what John 3:16 was..so I began to pray for him and ask the Lord to let him know what that meant..and then I began thinking about the man wearing the hat..and to me I thought well he is wearing it so he could witness..Amen..but he didn’t in that moment..maybe he was ashamed of all the people who were in there waiting in line..I am not really sure..but I sure wish that he would’ve spoken up and told that young man exactly what John 3:16 is..Amen!”

“But as well I thought about Peter in the bible who was denying Jesus that he ever knew him..and he did so three different times..and kept saying no I do not know Him..Luke 22:54-62..Amen..the same with the man who was wearing the hat..no I am not John..Amen..so what about us are we this way when we have an opportunity to witness for the Lord..do we speak up?..or do we back away?..or do we just act like we don’t know the Lord?..because many out there truly do not know who Jesus is..they don’t know the bible..they don’t know anything about any of it..and if we have the moment to speak up about the Lord..I do pray that none of us are ever ashamed to speak for our Father..Amen..because scripture says that we should always be ready to give an answer for the hope that is in us..1 Peter 3:15-16..Amen..and that we if we are ashamed of our Father then He will be ashamed of us before God in heaven..Matthew 10:32-33..Amen..but I do pray we all can be like the scripture in Romans that says I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ..for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believes..Romans 1:16..Amen..so spread the word..spread the gospel..spread the love of Jesus..to all who is near to you..and never be ashamed of the Lord..never be ashamed to speak up..and always be willing to give an answer to whosoever will ask..and let us not forget John 3:16..for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have ever lasting life..John 3:16..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤
