“So this morning I had taken notice to two of the pictures I have hanging in our bathroom..and the top one has a big ole pig in it and he is taking a bath..Amen..and then the bottom one has a white sheep in it and he as well is taking a bath..and he is all cleaned up..Amen..and I thought about that and I kept looking at it..and we all know that when we come to the Lord we are like that pig..we are a mess to say the least..all dirty..and stinky..and just most of the time rolling around in the mud and the muck of life..Amen..but we give our hearts to the Lord and we get all cleaned up..God takes and washes us and makes us white as snow..Psalm 51:7-15..Amen..kinda like that sheep that is all white and pure in that bottom picture of mine..Amen..but isn’t is funny that somehow through life and all that it brings..sometimes without fail we end up back in that ole pig pen of life..we wander away like that prodigal son..Luke 15:11-32..Amen..and we end up as I say eating the slop of this ole world in which we live..and never truly notice it and then one day you take notice because you just are yucky..and you feel yucky..and you feel dirty and all stinky..Amen..and it is in these moments as to when we come to ourselves..just as the prodigal son did..and we get up and we say to ourselves..I gotta go to my Father’s house..I gotta go back..Amen!”

“And how many of ya know that no matter how many times in our lives that we end up all dirty and messy from life and the world..from our choices and our decisions in life that we make..that we can always come back home to our Father’s house..Amen..for He is loving and so kind..that He welcomes us back with open arms..and He washes us..and He purifies us..because He calls us His sheep..Amen..He says my sheep know my voice..and that follow me..John 10:27-28..Amen..and the bible says that we all like sheep have strayed away..Isaiah 53:6-7..Amen..but if you have strayed..if you feel dirty from this world..from your choices in life..then simply go to the Father and ask of Him for His forgiveness..Amen..ask Him to wash you and clean you up..Amen..and He will..Praise the Lord..sometimes we don’t get it right..sometimes we do foolish things in life..because we get side tracked..we get off course..we end up in a place thinking how in the world did I get here..Amen..because we are human..but just know that the Lord is waiting with open arms for you..and only you..Amen..He is all ready to kill that fatted calf and give you a party and welcoming home party..He has your robe ready..He has the ring ready..Amen..so know that we belong to Jesus..and we are not perfect..but when life gets us in a mess and in some sorta pig pen..then by all means just know that your bath is ready for you to go and step into and get all cleaned up..Amen..and the Lord will wash you up..and clean you up and He alone will make you whiter than snow..Amen..just like that sheep..you’ll be all cleaned up..and be ready to hear..to follow..and to listen..to our Father and His gentle and kind, and loving voice..as He leads you along the way in this beautiful thing that we all call life..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤
