“We have all heard that if you give the world a smile then the world will smile back at you..Amen..and as a matter of face that is truth..I had read an article speaking of the benefits to us when we take the initiative to smile..even if we don’t even want to smile when we do our brains immediately respond to happiness in us..Amen..it says that when we smile that others response is to smile back..so we are not only smiling and creating a positive atmosphere but we are as well helping others to be happy and spread as they say sunshine..Amen..it boost our immune system when we smile..it lowers our blood pressure..relieves stress when we choose to smile..it says that our brain releases neuropeptides that stimulate the release of all the feel-good, relaxed hormones you need to combat stress..Amen..so my challenge to us all is this..even if we don’t feel like it..even if all stress is everywhere around us..because we are all daily bombarded to so much stress..from life in general..to work..to things that has to be taken care of..to our health..to family..to literally everything that we do..it creates stress..even if it is things we like to do..Amen!”

“But this is the thing our mental health..and how it effects us is everything..because we can get depressed very easily..our brains are trained..they stay in a routine of life..and daily they do..unless we choose to change it up somehow..and that somehow is by us simply smiling..because by doing so we are helping ourselves as I like to say by helping ourselves..Amen..and in turn usually when we smile we as well may start laughing..Amen..and the bible says that a merry heart does good like a medicine..Proverbs 17:22..Amen..so let us all take care of ourselves..and our mental health..let us take it serious..because it is serious..Amen..and let us simply smile..it is ours..it is free..and it cost us nothing to simply smile..and spread love, light and sunshine..not only for ourselves but for others..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤
