“I always take consideration to Paul in the word of God at how he had a thorn in his side..and how the word of God said that he sought the Lord to remove it three times..but that it wasn’t removed..and when I think of that and when I consider our lives and our burdens that somehow get placed on us that doesn’t somehow seem to be removed..even though we’ve done all that we can do..we’ve fasted..we’ve prayed..we’ve cried out in a desperate plea unto the Lord for whatever it may be to be removed from us and our lives..but yet somehow it’s still there..and it seems to be there and to remain there..as I said no matter how much it is that we’ve done or ever do..Amen..but my thoughts for each of us today is that God has reasons for it all..and when I think about the trials that are there..and the burdens..I as well think about us and what we seem to do when them things are there in our lives..because we pray guys and we read our Bibles like we’ve never read them before..Amen..we take so much thought into seeking the Lord for the answers that we’re needing..because maybe God our Father in all of His wisdom knows what’s best for you and I..and even though we want whatever it may be to be removed and to be gone but yet it’s there..maybe as I said the Lord in His infinite wisdom keeps it there to keep us there abiding in Him and to be a witness for Him..to keep us on our knees..to keep us seeking wholeheartedly after Him..for you see sometimes in life when all is well we go about our day and we don’t seek the Lord as we should and we really don’t call upon His name as often as He would like for us too..for in 2 Corinthians concerning that thorn that was there in Paul’s side..the Lord speaks these words to him..as well as He does to us..”And He said..”My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong!”…2 Corinthians 12:6-10..Amen!”

“So we are to count it all joy the word of God says when we fall into divers temptations..knowing that the trying of our faith works patience in us..James 1:2-3..for as Job declared..Though He slay me yet will I trust Him..and will maintain my ways before Him..Job 13:15..Amen..so wherever we are each of us and no matter what we’re facing at this moment in life..we will declare and we will proclaim God’s goodness..for you see our Lord is the same forever and ever..never does He change..and God’s ways are not our ways..nor are His thoughts..but one thing I do know that regardless of any of it..we serve a magnificent Father who loves each of us with an everlasting love..and if we must suffer for the cause of Christ let us do so with much dignity and honor..for it says if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf..For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begins with us, what shall the end be to them that obey not the gospel of God? And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator..1 Peter 4:16-19..for I love the song that says this..”Though satan should buffet, though trials should come, Let this blest assurance control, That Christ has regarded my helpless estate, And hath shed His own blood for my soul..it is well, it is well, with my soul..Amen..so whatever our lot..the Lord has taught us to say..that it is well..it is well..with our souls..so we run our race and we keep our eyes on the prize..and we do so by looking always unto Jesus in whom is the Author and the Finisher of our faith..Hebrews 12:2..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤
