“I always think about King David..Amen..and I always consider his life and how he lived it..Amen..and he did a lot of stuff..I mean if we consider Bathsheba..and all of the huge scandal and mess that King David stirred up..I mean it was one bad event after another bad event..Amen..and if we could only think about that for a minute..can you imagine us knowing someone like this?..Amen..and how we would feel and think about this person..Amen..we would walk totally away..we would think this guy is an evil mess..and I don’t want anything to do with him..Amen..because I mean he took Bathsheba the bible says..and then he gets her pregnant..and we all know that she was a married woman..Amen..and I am sure she loved her husband Uriah..Amen..but here you have the King inquiring of you..Amen..so what do we think she probably could have done?..maybe not much..and here her husband was away in a battle fighting..Amen..so then the men get to come home and King David goes even further to wanting Uriah to go to his wife..right?..trying to cover up his wrong and huge mistake that he made..but Uriah was a upright man and he would not go to be with his wife..so he refused because he says it wouldn’t be right..Amen..so in all of that..King David sends word to put and place Uriah at that front of the army..Amen..so Uriah is killed..Amen..so the whole thing was as I say a huge scandal..Amen..and you think about King David..I mean he killed the bear the lion..Goliath..Amen..he was the caretaker over the sheep..Amen..and God choose him to be King..Amen..and so King David truly did do amazing things..Amen..but somehow even in all of his doing..his eyes gleamed over to seeing her bath on that rooftop..so in that moment King David and his flesh took over..and it just continued down from one bad mistake to another..2 Samuel chapters 11/12..Amen!”

“But my point of it all is this..even in the mess..Amen..God our Father called King David a man after His own heart..1 Samuel 13:14..Amen..so I think about this and it is overwhelming right?..because he did so much bad in that moment..and as I say us we would turn that man away..right?..we would not have mercy on him..because we would just be devastated by all of this mess that happened and that he caused..Amen..but here’s my point this morning..we can do all day long..we can give all day long..we can go and do and everything in between..Amen..we can please people all the day long..Amen..but it is and will always be the intent of our hearts..Amen..because that is the key for us towards Jesus..Amen..because even in our stuff..sometimes really crazy stuff that we may do..outwardly..you know that God looks at our hearts..He sees the intent of our hearts..Amen..and that is where we truly win at in our lives..when our hearts are lined up in the right way..when we in our moment may sin..but I have heard this before..King David sinned in his moment of weakness..but King David was not evil..Amen..so as far as us..guys we gotta get our hearts right before the Lord..because that is what truly matters..its the way we are doing things from our hearts..Amen..the heart is where everything the bible says flows from..Proverbs 4:23..Amen..for out of the abundance of our hearts our mouths speak..Matthew 12:34..Amen..so even if we are not up to par somedays..and somedays we do make a mess..or say things..or do things..regardless..we gotta be right on the inside with God..Amen..because thank the Lord that our Father is sitted in the heavens daily making intercession for us..Romans 8:26..Praise the Lord..for we are not perfect nor will we ever be..but just make sure that what your doing is truly from your heart..and make sure that you are pleasing God in it all..because what He alone sees of us is where its at in life..to constantly have to explain you and your life to anyone else is not worth it..Amen..simply be you..Amen..and please our Father in heaven..when He looks at you He sees the blood of Jesus..and as well He sees your heart..and I pray all of our hearts are pure before our Father..that what He sees is pleasing to Him..Amen..for we win when our hearts and the intent of them are in the right way..moving in the right direction..Amen..for we may mess up as I say but just like King David..we are not evil..there is a true difference and big one at that..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤
