“Forgive!”

“Isn’t it something at how when we all start out in this life we are so happy and so full of joy..we laugh..we play..we forgive immediately as a child..we don’t hold grudges..we don’t walk away from our friends..over something silly..but as life continues on and we grow up and problems come and disagreements..and we get hurt..we kind of begin holding on to everything..Amen..we begin to load upon ourselves the cares and those hurts..we begin to carry these things with us..and in doing so we weigh ourselves down and we build walls..we build walls against people..we put this huge guard up from ever getting hurt again so we think..Amen..but honestly the person in whom we hurt is ourselves..Amen..our hearts will grow bitter..and we grow to become these angry people..in the midst of a place in life where we should be helping others..we don’t and honestly we can’t because we haven’t even helped ourselves to be free from those things that have taken root in our hearts and in our minds..Amen..for you see in the book of Colossians the Lord speaks to us over these issues..He tells us to put off anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of our mouths..He tells us not to lie to one another, seeing that we have put off the old man with his deeds..Amen..and for us to put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, long suffering..Amen..that we are too bear with one another, and forgive one another, if we have a quarrel against any..Amen..just as Christ Jesus our Lord forgave us..and forgives us..we as well are too do the same..Amen..and above all the Lord says to put on love..which is the bond of perfectness..Amen..and for us to let the peace of God rule in our hearts..and for us to be thankful..Colossians 3:8-15..Amen!”

“For I believe that when we do as the word of God says to overcome evil with good..Romans 12:21..we are to bless and to not curse..Romans 12:14..Amen..we are to feed them..to give them something to drink..by doing so we set ourselves free from them first and foremost..Proverbs 25:21..Amen..and then we ourselves stay light..we don’t get weighed down by any of it..Amen..but we stay filled with hope..and love..and God’s mercy..and most of all His freedom..Amen..for when we overcome it with good..there really isn’t much left for the other person to do..because people don’t know how to deal with someone kind..or nice..they just seem to let it go..Amen..because I believe that those that are kind..and share the kindness of God brings about a pure heart for those that are..and as scripture says blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God..Matthew 5:8..Amen..so remember kindness isn’t about right or wrong..or about winning the war so to speak..but it’s about winning peace and most importantly it’s about winning the person..Amen..so my prayer is for us to always live our lives forgiving..because with forgiving..we live free..we live happy..we live joyful..Amen..so let us be kind..and let us walk lightly..not weighed down..carrying around a bunch of baggage that was never meant for any of us to carry..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤
