“Thankful!”

“When you are mindful to be thankful then you are thankful..Amen..does that make sense?..because if we’re not mindful of what we’re thinking about and what we’re doing..then we just kind of do whatever..and we don’t place our minds and our hearts moving in the right direction for the day..Amen..it’s planning it out..Amen..it’s having a routine and doing it..Amen..it is knowing that you need to be thankful always to the Lord..1 Thessalonians 5:16-18..Amen..for everything He has done in your life..and everything He is going to do..for we serve a God that is jealous over us..Exodus 20:5..Amen..He desires our love and affection towards Him..Amen..and I mean really what parent doesn’t want and desire their children’s love..its the most incredible feeling of love when your child loves you..Amen..but this morning I just think that we all need to be reminded to give God the love and adoration it is that He so deserves..Amen..don’t place Him on the back burner of your life..just because you know you can..Amen..kind of what happens with parents..the children grow up..move away and they get busy with life..and have you ever noticed what happens?..well, most of the time the parents get placed on the back burner of their children’s lives..because the children know that they can..Amen..in other words they know that mom and dad will forgive them..and not think to hard about it..and that they’ll always be there..and they don’t keep count of what you do towards them..and that they will always welcome you home..regardless of how long it’s been..and somewhere in their minds..they know this..so they kind of put it off..and let it go..and justify it..and say to themselves it’ll be okay..I’ll go next week..or next month..or whatever the case..Amen!”

“But you know the ones that we love the most in our lives..why is it we treat them so poorly at times?..is it for the mere fact that we know that we just will get by with it so to speak?..or is it for the mere fact that we don’t have to grow up in ourselves..and take care of that fruit of the spirit in our lives?..Galatians 5:22-26..Amen..because if we treat our loved ones badly or poorly per say..and not others..just for the mere of fact of knowing that we don’t want others to see the true blue colors of us..then we are not changed or are we changing in our lives..but we are covering up..we are pretending to be something that honestly were not..right?..so I just want us all to love our loved ones..Amen..and I mean put them first in your life..make time for them..and quit treating them any ole way just because you know you can..but love them..and make sure they know it..Amen..just like with the Lord..let Him know and daily so..from the very moment you open your eyes..let Him know that you love Him..Amen..and from the heart..not just words..but again being mindful and really reaching down in the depths of your heart and letting the Lord know that you love Him..and that you thank Him..Amen..and the same with our parents..if you have yours still here in this ole world love them..Amen..forgive them..and treat them well..Amen..bless them..and give them great gifts..Amen..hug them..for you know no one is perfect in life..and if we live in our past and if we don’t forgive and let go of what they’ve maybe done as they let go of what we’ve done in our lives towards them..then we are losing my friend..and losing BIG time..so again love the Lord..and love your parents..love your loved ones..and as I say treat them well..and very much well at that..Amen..for there is no other greater gift or blessing we can give them..then our time..our love..our attention and our presence..Amen..for that is what life is all about..and that is when you truly are living and living well..Amen..and when your cup of life is over flowing..your not drinking from the cup of your life..or even giving from your cup..but your drinking from your saucer..and you my friend are pouring from it as well..Amen..so get busy doing what’s needed to be done..Amen..and get to loving and spending and making time..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤
