“So they say that the number one person that effects you in your life..more so now than any one else that we are around..is ourselves..Amen..and they say this for the simple fact that we are always with ourselves..Amen..and so we all know the word that says iron sharpens iron so another man friend sharpens his countenance..Proverbs 27:17..Amen..but the thing is this..we speak to us more so than any one else..and what we speak to ourselves effects us..it goes in our ears and straightway to our bellies..Amen..we are constantly feeding ourselves daily guys..and speaking spiritually here..Amen..so what we say to ourselves is everything..what we mediate on..what we replay over and over again and again..effects us and our lives..and how we live them out..Amen..so again I have to ask us all what have we been feeding ourselves?..Amen..are we nice and kind to ourselves?..are we mean and ugly to ourselves?..do we speak life over our lives?..or to we just speak whatever and accept whatever?..Amen..because what we are saying to ourselves is again very important..Amen..we cannot sit and speak contrary to Gods word and what God says about us and expect our lives to be so full with Gods goodness over us..because we are placing boundaries on ourselves..Amen..by believing lies..other than speaking truth..Amen..because Gods truth is what frees us..and heals us..and delivers us..Amen..for the word of God says that faith comes by hearing..and hearing by the word of God..Romans 10:17..Amen..for it say how can two walk together unless they be in agreement?..Amos 3:3..Amen..so how can we even walk with ourselves if we don’t even believe and agree with ourselves..for you see we may speak certain things..but if our minds and our hearts are not well in our lives..well, we speak contrary to what we are thinking..because the heart is where our over flow flows from..the bible says everything flows from the heart..that we are to guard it above all else..Amen..for out from it flows the wellspring of life..Proverbs 4:23..Amen!”

“So we need to be still before the Lord and ask for healing over our hearts..over our speaking..over how we feel about us..and ask the Lord to set us free from all of this negative self talk..for it is completely horrible how we all speak to ourselves..Amen..and guys we are made in the image of our Father..and we were created by Him..Genesis 1:27..Amen..and the Lord makes no mistakes..Praise the Lord..so I do pray we all listen to what we speak and how we are speaking to ourselves..Amen..don’t be so hard on you and your life..don’t be so hard on your body image..on your looks..on your hair..on your hands..on your feet..Amen..quit hating on you..and I do pray that whatever has been spoken over you and your life..that you would be free from that..and that you would hear Gods voice of love and comfort speaking over you His child..Amen..but we have to help ourselves by helping ourselves to not speak ill against us and who we are..we don’t fit everyones mold of life..we don’t look like the next person..we don’t have the same style..or maybe the perfect hair..or the perfect smile..or the perfect size shoe..I don’t know there is many things..but what I do know is what we have..and who we are..and how we look and everything in between is perfect..because God makes no mistakes..so be free with who you are..love yourself..Amen..not in some prideful or some sort of arrogant way..but with the type of love that helps you to accept you and all of you just as you are..Amen..and live well this life that God has given..and quit comparing..quit wanting something else..just take you and go forth doing the best you can with what you have..Amen..because what we have is what we have..so do the best with you..and be the best you..that you can truly be for the Lord..and line up and speak in agreement with yourself..Amen..for you effect you more so than anyone else..so think about what you think about and then change it up..Amen..change it up for the better and for the good of you and who you are..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤
