“Well, we all know this time is a time that we all are ever so busy..and some of us are even more busier than the rest of us..Amen..depending on if you have small children..if you are in a demanding job..if your involved in your church..Amen..so at this time we take on extra..Amen..and by extra I mean more than what we are used to doing in our days..Amen..because again we are creatures of habit..Amen..so in this we get exhausted..Amen..and we get super tired..Amen..and for some we get sick..because our immune system go down in the busyness of our lives..and the extra loads that we have taken on..which is nice things that we are doing..Amen..and that is great things..Amen..don’t get me wrong..but as well in this time we all have to find that place of rest..Amen..the Lord commands us to be still before Him..and rest..Amen..He wants us to rest in Him..Amen..He tells us in His word to make every effort to enter into His rest..Hebrews 4:11..Amen..because He knows our frame..Amen..He knows that we are made merely from the dust..Amen..and He knows that in His presence is fullness of JOY..Psalm 16:11..Amen..and we know the scripture that says a merry heart does good like a medicine..Proverbs 17:22..Amen..because when our hearts are full and our lives are full with joy..and calmness..and peace..and stillness..Amen..well, we are better..we are well..we are shining..we are sharing..we are full..Amen..our cups of life are full..and then we are pouring from our overflow..Amen..which is pouring as I had wrote the other day from our saucers of life..other than our cups of life..Amen..for I will be the first to say it because I know all to well about having a busy life..Amen..and I know all to well about being busy and never stopping..Amen..I used to be horrible about doing and doing and never stopping..Amen..I would never and I mean ever sit down..I would just go and go and go..Amen..and it was awful..I would just keep doing stuff..never to stop..never to sit down and enjoy life or enjoy a good conversation..or just watch tv..Amen..or to even have dinner at the table with my family..I would eat standing up all the while cleaning up..Amen..so it took a toll on me..and finally the Lord started revealing to me that I needed to slow down and rest..Amen!”

“So even now when I get in this mode of busyness..I have to remind myself that its time to stop and rest..my son told me once and it has stuck with me..he says mom you don’t have to always be doing something..Amen..and that is truth..Praise the Lord..so know this my friends if you are this person..that only you can take care of you..no one else but you..Amen..and you have to set boundaries..you have to give yourself as my mommy calls it a shut down time..Amen..and you have to do what makes your heart happy in the evenings or the mornings..Amen..whatever your schedule is..Amen..and do whatever it would be for you..have a routine..its nice..Amen..to get on a program so to speak..your own program..lol..Amen..because in this time it is a time of refreshing..Amen..for your soul..for your body..and for your mind..Amen..its not selfish..its most needed..Amen..like Mary and Martha..and we all know Mary was sitting at the feet of Jesus..while Martha was just rushing around busy as busy could be..and then she goes to the Lord and says don’t you care that I am doing it all while she is just sitting here?..and Jesus says Martha, Martha you are worried and bothered and anxious about many things..Amen..and He says Mary has chosen the good part which is for her advantage..Amen..and it will not be taken away from her..Luke 10:40-42..Amen..so again adjust your life..live a happy one..stay full..don’t wear yourself out..it is not good at all..find your shut down time..take that bubble bath..watch that movie..read that nice book..find a quiet place and just sit there and talk to Jesus..Amen..but whatever you do..rest my dear and most sweet and precious friends..take care of you..Amen..for there is only one of you..so be the best you that you can be for the Lord..don’t miss Him..don’t miss your life simply for the fact of being ever so busy..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤
