“So for me everyday I delete all my emails and my text messages and what not..Amen..I do this because I try my best too not bring over into my new day yesterday and it’s worries or stresses that may have been..Amen..because if not I catch myself reliving past and talking past way so much more than future..or today persay..Amen..because when we keep our eyes on things that may have not been all that great or all that wonderful for us and our lives..then as well we stay in that mindset..Amen..so for most part we have to be wise in our choosings of what we hold on too in our lives and as well what we let go of in our lives..for a lot of time we should let go..for some things and even some people are only seasonal..Amen..and even in my home I will go through it and clean out things..and stuff that doesn’t bring back a good memory for me..I will give it away or even throw it away..and quickly at that..Amen..for your peace in life..and your joy..happiness..contentment..a sound mind..Amen..stress free..drama free..guys..that means that world..Amen..so I think one quick rule of thumb to see just how we are doing in this area..is simple..what do we think about?..and what is it that we talk about?..Amen!”

“Because if it is the past and it is a daily thing..if it is the stuff were looking at..or letting into our homes and lives..into our space..that is causing this..than I have to say life is too short to be daily in turmoil and live this way..for we strife to be free in our lives..and when you know what is causing it and bringing this on..then let it go..Amen..throw it away..delete it..and move on..Praise the Lord..quit letting stuff and things..control you and your life and your mindset..create your space..design it to where you have peace..where you have contentment..stop all of the daily strife..and bad talk..and past speaking..Amen..for we have to run hard after this in our lives..we have to guard ourselves..the things that we allow..we have to put on the armor of the Lord..Ephesians 6:11-18..Amen..we have to guard our hearts..Proverbs 4:23..Amen..everything..and live truly in this day..these moments..and be happy..and be free..and stay joyful..and peaceful..all of this..we don’t nor we should always be in a place as to where we are angry..mad..and upset..that is no place to live our lives..not ever..so again look over your space and the place you are living..both spiritually and physically..and go from there..making it better..and if it takes a drastic measure to do so..well, thats okay..but know that you are worth it..Amen..so live a happy life..and enjoy it..and daily so..making the best of this day..Amen..yesterday is gone..today is here and now..and well..we all know tomorrow may never come..so do good today..and choose well..in all areas..and in all choices it is that you, yourself are making..Amen..for it is in His name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤
