“Cleaning it up!”

“Somehow every year I get on this subject but this subject is needful for us all..Amen..and I think I get on this subject for the mere fact that the sun is shining..and the light is coming through the windows..and you kinda see the dust..that while in the dark you didn’t quit see..Amen..and it’s funny how many will say well I’m gonna clean up everything this winter in the house because I will have lots of time to do so..and even I will say I’m gonna get in my attic since it’s winter time and it’ll be cool in there and I will go through our stuff and clean it out and clean it up..Amen..but somehow I never get around to doing it..and I’m gonna be honest..not to even in the winter to truly clean the house..and as I say it may be because it’s darker out and your house looks okay and of course the attic is one of those hidden agendas so for the most part it doesn’t get much attention..but boy oh boy the things I can stick in my attic..and the things that are in my attic..I have totes from when Anthony was just a baby..all the way through to even now in my attic..because again how many of ya know that we hold on to everything..Praise the Lord..and some how we place our identity in those items and things that we have..but again how many of ya know that when we hold on to things that are past..or are no longer needed..we have nothing more than excess in our lives..and really when we have that we don’t leave room very much for any new to come into our lives..Amen!”

“So this morning I was just thinking you know even if we take one thing and focus on that one thing daily in our home whatever that may be..and we just start working there cleaning it up…washing it up..and or merely getting rid of it and throwing it away..or passing it on somewhere else..that if we did so we would be cleaning up our homes..Amen..and I am speaking both ways..because both things in our lives are needful..in our spiritual homes and our natural homes that we live in..1 Peter 2:1-3..Amen..because they both represent us and who we are..and what we care about in our lives..and we wanna be cleaned up..and especially spiritually..Amen..because everything that is in us comes from us..Luke 6:45..and if we have a messy home on the inside that comes out of us..if we have that attic so to speak filled up with past, hurts, mistakes, failures..and everything in between than as well we have no room to put any new things..and you know I think that many are in a season of new beginnings..Isaiah 43:19-21..Amen..God is always taking us from glory to glory..2 Corinthians 3:18..if we do our parts and rid ourselves of excess things and stuff that we no longer need..so I feel for the most part that we all have to want change..and freedom from life and all that it throws our way to work and take time to work on our lives..and our homes..so we can be better..and so we can move forward to the next best thing in our lives..all the while letting go and letting God..Praise the Lord..and all the while turning the page in our lives and beginning a new chapter..Amen..and only you and I can work it out with God to clean it up and to move it out..and to move on to the next best thing..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi ❤
