“Everything always seems to be fun and games until the fun and games come to an end..Amen..I am speaking this morning of our health..of our lifestyles..and the way we choose to live..the way we choose to eat..the way we choose to walk out our everyday lives..Amen..because somehow we aren’t mindful of any of those things until one day we aren’t as energetic as we used to be..or were faced with some sort of illness..or we just can’t do what we once used to do..we let things slide by..we stop doing things we once were so excited about..Amen..so again everything is fun and games until one day there no longer fun and games..Amen..but instead it’s a feel good no kind of day..Amen..so I know first and foremost that no one else is gonna take care of you like you, yourself can take care of yourself..Amen..and we all are different in our lives..no two people are the same when it comes to who they are and how they live..but for each of us we must find what works for us and what doesn’t work..Amen..because we are valuable people to the Lord..Amen..we all have different gifts and talents..we are all special in our own ways..Amen!”

“But if we are not healthy people..emotionally..physically..spiritually and mentally..then we are not very good at representing Christ Jesus our Lord..Amen..for when we are not well..or we just drag ourselves around everyday..being tired..having no energy..then we do ourselves a disservice..Amen..and I am not old but I am older..working towards the 50 mark..and I have noticed that if I am this way..then I don’t want to do much at all..Amen..I just really wanna sit down..I don’t wanna study..I don’t wanna really do anything..other than be still and quiet..Amen..but I do know that the word says that we are and have been bought with a price..Amen..we have been bought with the precious blood of Jesus..1 Peter 1:19..and that we are the temple of the Holy Spirit..Amen..for He lives in you and I..1 Corinthians 6:19-20..we are not our own..Amen..but we are the Lords..and if we are here in this world..we are here for a reason..Amen..we have a work to do..Amen!”

“For in the book of 3 John 1:2 it tells us that as our souls prosper we are to prosper and be in good health..Amen..we should be happy..cheerful..energetic..bright minded children of the Lord..representing our Father..Praise the Lord..being salt and light in a dark world..that others may see our good works and glorify our Father in heaven..Matthew 5:13-16..Amen..so today I just ask for you to take care of you..do better with your life..your body..the things you do..the places you go..the stuff you watch..the things you listen too..and start this day..choosing well..living well..and in return representing well..making a difference in this life..for you are called..and you my friend are chosen..John 15:16..and chosen from the Creator of the world..so be the best you, you can be..walking out your call with the Lord day by day and step by step as a living sacrifice for Him and Him alone..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
