“The Lord took me years ago to the book of John chapter 15..and He began to speak to me..this was when I first started following Him..and in that book it was saying that He is the true vine..Amen..and that I cannot bare fruit apart from Him..Amen..that I must abide in Him..and only in Him..for without Him I can do nothing..Amen..and it goes on saying so much..but that day the Lord was speaking to me about abiding in Him..remaining in Him..John 15:1-8..Amen..so I knew that for me to abide in Him and remain in Him to be able to do His will for my life..and to be strong enough to get through this life that we all live..that I must stay connected to the Lord..and I did that through my bible reading..and I did that through prayer..and making time daily to pray and to seek the Lords face..Amen..because how many of ya know that when we do read our bibles that God speaks to us through His word..Amen..and when we do pray..we stay in fellowship with the Lord..you know being each others friends..for the Lord is our friend..John 15:14-15..Amen..but as well I do know that when things start getting messy in my life..or when things start slowing down..or I get a little upset..or agitated..usually it’s because I am not abiding..I am not actually praying and spending time..I am rushing..Amen..and I can tell the difference..and again..what happens is my mind always goes back to what the Lord had said to me so many years ago..about abiding in Him..for He is the vine..and in Him I will bare much fruit in my life..Amen!”

“But yet again without Him..I can’t do anything..because guys we make messes of stuff..and we do this pretty quickly at times..and we are creatures of habit..so if we let things go from us the things that we used to do..then they will eventually just go..Amen..if we stop reading the word..we will get used to it and we will stop..if we stop attending church before long we just won’t go at all..because we will be used to not going..because again we are creatures of habit..usually we do the same ole things day in and day out..Amen..if we stop going into our prayer closet and praying..and spending time with the Lord..then again we will stop praying..and just like that we are not abiding we are abiding in our self..and in our own ways..other than the Lords..Amen..so I know this morning again while I was praying the Lord brings this scripture to my mind..and so I know that He is letting me know..to stay connected..Amen..just as He is wanting us all to stay connected to Him..for with the Lord we are kept..we are well..we are filled..we are following..and we are abiding..and we are baring much fruit..Amen..by our fruit others know us..Matthew 7:16-20..Amen..so let us stay ripe..let us stay whole..and let us stay always connected to our Father..the true life line in our lives..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
