“So we are again guys at another year gone as we move on over into 2022..can you believe it!..I sure can’t at all..how quickly this past year has come and gone..unbelievable..Amen..but on the other side of that..I’m sure a year ago we all had a plan that we were gonna do this new years resolution thing..that somehow we all do..whether openly or in our own minds..we say were gonna do such and such..and maybe we do for a month..or maybe even two..but somewhere along the way we fall of course..our resolution so to speak gets derailed..lol..which is funny but not funny..you know..any who..my heart this morning was simply this..that if we are gonna make these resolutions than first off..let us all set realistic goals..ones that we can actually keep..Amen..other than going off the deep end and saying all of this crazy stuff and ideas..how about we do ones that we know we can actually accomplish..Amen!”

“So my suggestion is this..for us all..moderation..Amen..for the word says it this way..don’t do anything in excess..but rather moderation..Amen..where as excess of anything that is good or bad will lead to sickness..Amen..Proverbs 25:16..but again we all say were not gonna drink the soda..or were not gonna eat that slice of pizza..or have the junk food..or eat the pasta..and the bread..or whatever the case may be..but as well think about it guys..we have a whole year in front of us..so that means holidays..birthdays..events..and so forth..so most of the time that’s where we get derailed..Amen..so instead of saying your not gonna have these things..how about we all have them instead in moderation..and this year let us all set them realistic goals so when we come to the end of this year we can say we did well the past year..Amen..for God has blessed us with many gifts to enjoy in this life..and many indulgences..so let us enjoy them..but again moderately..not in excess..but in moderation..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi..
