“Well, what can we say other than Christmas is a week away..and for the most part what we all seem to do this time of year..actually starting in November is we rush and rush..Amen..we plan..we prep..we make our list..we organize..we decorate..we bake..we attend different events..we go and we go and we go..Amen..but I tell ya guys if not careful will get to the end of all of these festivities..and honestly we won’t remember a thing..well..I mean will remember things..but will miss so much..because if we rush and are constantly thinking of the next thing to mark off the list..we don’t live in the now of it all..we don’t indulge in it..this time of year..to really sit down and ponder over Christmas and the real meaning behind it all..Isaiah 9:6-7..and what it truly should mean to us..I had wrote yesterday that Christmas should be celebrated every day in our hearts and in our lives..because you know Jesus came for you and I..that we could have a life of joy and many blessings..Amen..but as I say if we are rushing ahead and always looking ahead we don’t enjoy it all..all of the blessings..all of the gifts..all of the joy that comes and should come with this time of year..Amen!”

“So I would ask of us all to slow down a moment..and take a look around ya..take a look at this past year and all that you’ve come through..and all that has taken place..take a look at Gods tender hands of mercy and grace that He has extended to ya..and just be in the moment of the now of your life..and be in the moment of the now with your family..and your friends..celebrating and enjoying it all..because Christmas shouldn’t be a stressful time..it should be a time of reflection..and a time of loving on Jesus..Amen..drawing in closer to Him and all of who He is..for without Him there would be no celebration..there would be no reason to celebrate life..because He is our life..John 14:6..Amen..so today as I say make it a day to remember..sit down..enjoy your Christmas tree..enjoy your lights..enjoy a good Hallmark movie..enjoy some hot cocoa..with marshmallows of course..enjoy your favorite pot of soup..enjoy a nice game with your family..but whatever you do just don’t miss it all..by thinking and looking ahead always to the next thing..but much rather live in the now of your day..and make sure to live in your moment..for moments are great when we truly appreciate them..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
