“So on Saturday I did a 5K walk/run for hunger for our city..and it was very exciting but as well it was very challenging..well, for me it was..lol..you don’t really realize just how out of shape you are until you get out there to do something like this..Amen..and it was kinda of hard..I ain’t gonna lie about it..up and down hills..and as well it just seemed like it kept going and going..so I would run some and walk some..lol..but I didn’t stop..I just kept on going..Amen..and what really was so encouraging about the whole thing was the fact that if you ran into anyone along the way they would cheer and root you on..Amen..and it does something to ya..you know what I mean?..when someone is getting encouraged and someone is getting a pat on the back to speak from time to time..it gives an extra boost of energy and you just seem to keep pressing on..Amen..regardless of how you may be feeling..regardless if you are out of breathe..regardless if you are wanting to just stop..you don’t..Amen..you just kinda pick your head up a little higher..and you get a little more umption in your gumption..lol..Amen!”

“So this morning I just came to say that along our way in life..we do feel as if we wanna stop it all..we wanna throw the towel in..we wanna just give up..Amen..but as well we do have people that come along side us and give us just what we need when we need it to keep going..Amen..to keep our eyes on the prize..Amen..which is heaven..Praise the Lord..but as well I came to encourage us all to know that death and life are in the power of our tongues..Amen and they that love it will eat it’s fruit..Proverbs 18:21..but as well just know that your words are ever so powerful..James 1:19/Ecclesiastes 5:2..we can speak a word over a person and their life and it can change everything..Amen..for words can break a person completely down..or those words can bring a person completely up in their life..so I do pray we are those life givers..that we bring life to others and their lives..that we speak life over them..that we speak encouragement over them..that we leave others feeling good about themselves..that we don’t cause any heartache for anyone..but that we just leave them happy and feeling blessed..that we leave others filled up with God and His goodness..that we leave them ready to take on the world..Amen..so today be the best you can be towards everyone..Amen..and if you do have something to say make sure your words are life giving words..that you are causing others to keep going..instead of stopping along the way..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
