“So I was thinking back of when I was taking our dog Benjamin to obedience classes..and I was learning to teach him..as well I was learning that the commands are pretty basic commands..there not awfully hard ones to say the least..but even though they are pretty basic ones..such as sit..lay..stay..or even just come to you when you call his name takes a lot of persistence..and takes a lot of consistency..and loads of patience..so all the while I knew that I would have to put the time in for him to learn those simple yet basic commands..Amen..but as well I always think about us in our own lives..and at how pretty much we as well have basic commands to live by that the Lord gives unto us..and really we would think that there not hard to say the least..or should I say they shouldn’t be all that hard for us to follow…Amen..but how many of ya know that they are not all that easy to follow even though they as well are pretty simple ones you would think..such as love the Lord your God with all your heart..Matthew 22:37/Luke 10:27/Deuteronomy 6:5..Amen..or love your neighbor as yourself..Mark 12:31..or don’t lie..Colossians 3:9-10..don’t steal..Leviticus 19:11-12..don’t commit adultery..Exodus 20:14..don’t be jealous..Proverbs 6:34-35..be kind..be caring..give love..don’t be selfish..lend a helping hand..and so forth..but shouldn’t those things come naturally to us?..or at least not be so hard for us to follow?..but they are..aren’t they?..Amen!”

“But some how we end lying over the silliest of things..we end up not helping or lending a hand to someone who needs that helping hand..we end up cheating on maybe those taxes of ours..we end up stealing things that are not ours..could even be things such as office supplies..but even then they don’t belong to us so they should never ever be touched..seems pretty basic..Amen..but somehow it as well is super hard at times..loving others..turning the other cheek..over coming evil with good..and on and on the list goes..but I can say to each of us just as with me training Benjamin..we all have to be consistent in doing well and good..we have to obedient to the Lord and His voice when He speaks to us..we have to be sensitive to it when He calls our names..we have to respond and obey..Amen..because then the other things seem to fall better into there proper places in our lives..and the obedience to those things become easier..because just as Benjamin wants to please us..we as well should want to please our Father..so we listen..we stay focused..and we try our best not to get distracted..and somehow we just as our doggy..will be living a happy blessed obedient filled life..it won’t be so hard for us..we will just respond in the correct and proper way that we should be..making it better for everyone..so the simple things can be hard..but as well they can become mastered..if only we are obedient as the word says..we will eat the fruit of the land..Leviticus 25:19/Deuteronomy 11:27/Isaiah 1:19-20..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
