“Belongingness!”

“So yesterday and today I was at a women’s conference in Greensboro..and it was amazing..the message pretty much last night and this morning was about belonging..Amen..about us wanting to belong somewhere..to have friends and belong..to have a great job and there belong..to belong in church and simply community..Amen..because we all have been made this way to want a belongingness to take place and happen in our lives..because somehow when we feel were needed or we belong that as well we feel safe and we feel secure..Amen..because many feel very discluded in their lives..they feel they don’t fit in anywhere..and so they kinda back away from everything..they isolate themselves..because they feel like there not really needed anyways and or are they wanted..so many get depressed..they feel hopeless and they lose there sense of being..and being anywhere in this life..Amen..and belongingness is simply our human emotion to simply be accepted..Amen..we want to have our group persay..we want that place as to where people are happy that you have showed up..Amen..we want to be where we have people..and people that love us..protect us..and enjoy us..Amen..we long for that..for as I say we were made for that..Amen..in the book of Romans it tells us that we are better together..in community..in fellowship..Amen..in belonging..Praise the Lord..Romans 12:4-5..and she goes on to saying that if we don’t get this..most people will begin buying things..or getting new things..a new home..new car..constantly shopping..all the while trying to find something to fill this void of not belonging..Amen..and how many of ya know that they never will find it doing those things..because things and stuff are only temporary..and temporary things never bring satisfaction..Amen..only those things that are not seen are those things that are eternal..and bring true blue satisfaction to us and our lives..Amen!”

“So again this is what her conclusion was when she was coming to an end of her message..and that was this..in all things we are to give thanks and at all times..1 Thessalonians 5:18..and regardless of our situation or circumstance in life..she says C.S. Lewis so kindly pointed out as he said we all have a hole in our hearts..and this hole can only be filled and satisfied with Jesus..Amen..for He is our everything..so if we are where we wanna be in life or not..we still should be content..and we still should be happy faith filled believers..because why?..well, because we are friends with the most High God..and His name is Jesus..and as well He alone is our true source of belonging..Amen..for He makes and keeps us content when we are in His presence..not looking around..not distracted and not drawing our strength or joy from anyone else other than Him..for then and only then will we feel as if we belong..because in Christ we belong to Him for He alone bought us all with a great price and with that great price..1 Corinthians 6:20..comes every blessings that He alone has to give to you and I..for you see we go by faith in life and not at all by sight..and we are happy regardless of any of it..because in HIS presence there is fullness of JOY..Psalm 16:11..Praise the Lord..and at His right hand are pleasures evermore..so know that you may not fit in..in this world..but you never were meant to..but as far as belonging and our need for belongingness..just know we belong to our Maker..and friends that in and of itself is more than enough..Amen..so know who’s you are and know whom it is that you serve..and while doing that..know and never forget that you belong..always and forever..you belong..and belong to Him..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
