“So one morning I was making my breakfast and I reached over to grab the salt and pepper shakers and as I did..I dropped my salt shaker on the side of the stove..and a piece of it broke off..so I kept thinking I hope I can glue that back together and be able to fix it..and so I find the super glue and begin glueing the piece back on..and when I was finished I couldn’t even tell that it had been broken..it looked perfect..Amen..but as I was looking at it the holy spirit of the Lord begins to speak to me..and He says isn’t that the same with people..everyone has been broken in their lives..in one way or another..but all because they look perfect so to speak..we think that they’ve never been hurt..not really any ways..Amen..because somehow we don’t seem to tell our brokenness that we’ve experienced in our lives..well, we do if it concerns sickness in our bodies..things like that..Amen..but we don’t seem to tell the hard ones..you know the marital problems..maybe..or the financial hardships..the addictions that we’ve had..the alcohol problems that we’ve had..the drug habit that we were held captive by..it seems that somehow we place certain things in categories..like this stuff sure I can speak of..but there is no way I am telling that..there is no way I am speaking to others about those things..those things are terrible things..Amen!”

“And so I thought why do we do this?..is it because were afraid of what others may think?..or is it to say that we’re ashamed of it?..so we want it deeply covered up..even though the Lord has set us free from those things..who knows..but my point is this..we all have had wounds..and really deep ones..and none of us should ever be ashamed of who we were to what we’ve done in our lives..but as well we should never hold back the scar or the brokenness in our lives that we’ve overcome with Jesus..because somebody out there needs to hear your testimony..let them know what Christ has done for you..Amen..it is your story..and it is through them that you found Jesus Christ our Savior..Amen!”

“For we’re not perfect by no means..even though we can look that way sometimes..to others..as if all is always well and perfect..but from time to time it is nice to share even a smidge of who you were to who you are now..let them see Christ glorified in you and your life..for the bible says let them see your good deeds and glorify your Father which is in heaven..Matthew 5:16..Amen..let them know that God is no respecter of persons..Act 10:34..what He has done for you He will do for them..Amen..because He loves us all with that ever lasting love..Amen..so forgiveness is amazing..God’s grace is amazing..Amen..the cross did it all for you and for me..so share you..share your story..share your testimony..share the goodness of the Lord..knowing that God’s grace is sufficient for us all..2 Corinthians 12:9..Amen..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
