“Our greatest commandment is to love the Lord our God with all of our hearts, minds, souls and strength..Amen..and as well love our neighbor as ourselves..Amen..and I wondered why the Lord would say to love them as we love ourselves..because we are always thinking of self..we are selfish at many times in our lives..only focused on us and what we need and what we want..Amen..so I can understand why the Lord would say love your neighbor as yourself..Amen..because we will than treat them well as the Lord intends..Amen..but today I am not writing so much about that..what I am wanting to write about is to love the Lord our God..to love Him above all else..Matthew 22:37-40..Amen..for many of us we think we do..we think we place the Lord at the top of it all in our lives..in our walks..in our relationships..in our loving of Him above all others..Amen..but as I begin to think more and more about it..honestly I can’t say that I have..Amen..for at times many other things begin to take sit at the top in my life..and really at times not even ever realizing the fact that I have or that I am..Amen!”

“Because I think that loving God is a daily reliance and a daily trusting on Him and only Him alone..Amen..loving God is a daily of reading His word..Amen..because how many of ya know that God speaks to us through His word..and when we love Him we will want to hear from Him speaking to us..Amen..and when we do this it brings us too humbleness and trusting in Him..but as well in loving God it brings us into a prayer with Him..it is takes us into a praying and daily praying to the Lord our God..because we want to communicate with the Lord..we want to hear Him speaking to us and guiding us..in our lives and through our lives..and the closer we are to the Lord the better off we are in our daily living..Amen..for you see in our closeness it as well brings us and leads us to a life of obedience towards Him and the things in our daily choices and decisions that we have to make and that we ourselves get to make..Amen!”

“So when we are children of the Lord..we know that we are only a prayer away from the Lord..only one prayer..Amen..for He is always there for us to hear us and to love us..for the Lord never stops loving us..even in our bad choices..even when we place Him not at the top as we should..even when we choose to turn away and do our own thing..even then our Lord never gives up on us..for you see in our loving of Him..and placing Him first we do better in our lives..we choose better..we listen better..we are more obedient..we are more loving and kind towards others..Amen..for you see the Lord strengthens us through our prayer lives..through our reading of the word..we gain wisdom..and we gain knowledge..for the Lord says to us that wisdom is the principle thing..Proverbs 4:7-9..Amen..so in everything we do in our lives..I pray we always check ourselves in our relationship with our Father..I pray we do see us in whom we really are..and I pray we keep God first in our lives..that we love Him more than anything..and that we are steadfast in our love for Him..and that we walk in obedience and that we don’t walk half-heartedly..but that we live our lives for the audience of one which we Christ Jesus our Lord..loving Him and pleasing only Him and only Him alone..for it is in His name, Jesus’ name, that I do ask and pray..Amen and Amen..Be blessed today my dear sweet friends and remember wherever you go and whatever you do, Be a light for our Father, Much love to you all, Mandi
